Luxury Deer Park Resort Townhome - Indoor Pool, Outdoor Lake, Full Amenities
There is no other resort like Deer Park. It is the only vacation spot with a pool, beach with lake, and river within the resort in the area. Our townhome is clean, beautifully decorated, and ready to welcome you. It features a fully stocked kitchen, a large open concept living area and dining area and a large private deck with seating. Each of the bedrooms has ceiling fans and its own bathroom and there is a third bathroom on the living level. There is a queen bed in the master and a full size and a queen bed in the second bedroom. You won't want to leave!
The Rec Center includes a huge 1500 sq ft. indoor pool , fitness center, Jacuzzi, saunas, racquetball court, video arcade and game room. Outdoor activity includes 8 tennis courts, jogging trails, basketball and volleyball courts and a 5 acre lake with it's own private sandy beach for only Deer Park residents and their guests. The river is steps away for swimming and river tubing!
You will be walking distance to North Woodstock and Lincoln. Very close to all White Mountain attractions including Whale's Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, mini-golf, Cannon and Loon Mtn., Story Land. An outdoor enthusiast's paradise with the White Mountains at your doorstep.
Wireless Internet Is Included in the home, not just in the rec center as in most cases. There is a 42 inch HD Smart T.V in the living area and Master, and a gaming compatible TV in the kids room.
All linens and towels (excluding beach towels) are included. Washer and dryer are in a laundry room off the first floor. We hope your stay here in the Mountains is as perfect and enjoyable as possible and you leave with wonderful memories!

The property is in a great location, quiet and safe. There was plenty of space, and 3 bathrooms are a plus. The kitchen was spacious, and we enjoyed several meals there. The host was easy to connect with and was welcoming. The listing was accurate regarding the condo's amenities. It was a great trip for our family!

Easy to access. Full kitchen with everything we needed. Comfy beds and sofa. Plenty of room for the whole family. This was our second stay and we would definitely stay there again.

This was our sixth time renting a unit in Deer Park and this was the nicest one we've stayed in.Our family of five rented this unit for five days. We found it to be as described if not better. It was updated throughout with very comfortable beds and furniture and room to move around and not be bumping into others. Nice to have three bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. It was very hot and humid but the fans in each bedroom and living room kept the unit comfortable. Lots of silver and glass ware, pots and pans and spices. Very clean inside and just a few minutes walk to the lake.Not to take anything away from the inside but the deck and outside furniture need to be cleaned. We would definitely stay in this unit again should we decide to return to Deer Park in the future.

This was our second or third time staying at this townhouse in Deer Park. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The three bedrooms worked out great for our family. We would stay here again next year.

Great condo for family vacation! Condo was clean, cozy yet spacious for our family. Kitchen was well equipped with everything for preparing family meals. Great Vacation Spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location with easy access to activities. The condo was very clean, comfortable, with plenty of space. The bedroom & bath on the first floor were perfect for my parents. My 9 year old loved the pool and clubhouse.

Excellent time in Lincoln, NH
We had an excellent stay. The unit was perfect. There was a lot to do in the area. I highly recommend it.

Awesome spot and a great time
The condo was perfect for our fun filled week in New Hampshire! The location was great, condo was large and clean. So happy with the location and the pool and pond were a major plus! We will be back!

Always love Deer Park
Deer Park has always been great for a family getaway. Plenty for my teenagers to do and I don’t have to provide transportation because it’s easily accessible by foot or bicycle. And a relaxing place for a parent.

House was very well stocked, not with food, of course as they can't store food here. But there was everything you could want or need to cook with. Using the pool/lake/arcade was easy to check in and out of. We are at one of the recommended locations, pemi pub and not only was it super yummy, it had gluten free options for our daughter!House was spacious and beds were pretty comfortable.

We are frequent visitors at Deer Park, and we really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The home is comfortable, and the location was perfect. We hope to rent again in the future!

We stay at Deer Park every summer with our two adult daughters and their partners. We have friends that own a unit and we rent the same time they have to spend time together. This is our second time in this condo and it is our favorite. Lots of room and private. We always have dinner and game nights together with 10-12 people. 3 beds/bath is perfect for 6 adults staying and makes getting ready for dinner out much quicker! Thank you for another great stay!

Loved it!!!
Great condo, full equipped, clean, located in the heart of Woodstock/ Lincoln, close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. Stayed here two years in the row. Loved it!!!!

Great Stay!
We had a great time at the property and it was well equipped for our needs. The host was responsive and helpful. We did have an issue with the cleaning of the house since we had requested early check-in but sorted out soon. The clubhouse is currently closed due to COVID, would have loved to use all the facilities.

Great spot at Deer Park
This is a great townhouse, clearly updated compared to most places in deer park. I have stayed at a bunch of places in deer park and this one has been updated. Granite countertops, modern appliances, and renovated master bathroom. One note - as stated on the listing, there is no AC, which was not a problem for us, as the place is shaded by trees nicely. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. On top of all that, Deer Park itself is a great place for families, as the beach and pool are perfect for kids to play in and adults to hang out.

Great location
Host responded quick. Great location, near many activities and NH popular to do.
My kids were bummed the pool and jacuzzi was under construction( would of been nice to know ahead of time) But we were happy with the private little beaches on site. We got plenty of River access near the site! The home had everything to accommodate my family with kids .

We are a family of 5 who purchased this townhome for year around enjoyment. Since our children all are grown and work during the summer, we wanted to share our beautiful condo so others can do the wonderful and fun things we did with our kids. We hiked, swam in the lake, went river tubing and visited all the nearby attractions. We created wonderful memories with our children at Deer Park. We hope that you enjoy your vacation and feel at home in ours.

We have taken great care to provide you with everything you need for your vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated. There is a large open concept living space to relax. There is a smart TV, and two other TV's in the condo. The bunk room has a Playstation with games and a gaming TV. We purchased a new grill and deck furniture so you can eat on the private deck. The condo is across from the river and tennis courts. The rec center and lake is a 3 minute walk. It s the only resort with a flat road to ride bikes or roller blade.

Deer Park is the only resort with a lake and beachfront. Lounge chairs are provided. The river is so fun to tube in. We fell in love with Deer Park because it is so unique with the 8 tennis courts, basketball courts and full amenity rec center. There is no other resort like it in the area. There are hiking trails throughout the resort and you can walk into North Woodstock or Lincoln.Perfect for a family getaway.
