The owners are attentive, kind, and an absolute joy—they truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.The cottage itself is warm, cozy, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. We ventured into Elk Rapids to visit friends and explored both Eastport and Glacier Hills Pathway, but honestly, we loved this home and property so much that we happily spent the rest of our time right there.The grounds are pristine. We built sandcastles, played soccer on the side lawn, enjoyed two evenings around the fire making s'mores, and fell asleep beneath a sky full of stars. The water is crystal clear and remains shallow well past the swim platform, making it perfect for families. The children loved using the paddleboards and rafts that were provided, but they were most captivated by the incredible clarity of the water as they searched for shells and colorful stones. We spent most of every day swimming and making memories.This is truly a special place—a little slice of paradise. We hope your family enjoys it as much as ours did. We certainly can't wait to return!
