Beautiful Lake Front house with Spectacular view, new deck/private dock sleep 6

Sleeps 6 Charming and cozy lake front house with 3 bedrooms and spectacular 180 Degrees view from living room and brand new large deck . In a quiet neighborhood but still in the heart of the action. Located near a Walmart and Safeway (15 min car drive)
There is 2 queen beds (new mattresses) as well as a bunk bed (full size on bottom and full size on top) to make sure everyone is comfortable at night. Safe and walkable neighborhood.

The kitchen has an electric stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher , mini oven, and all the cooking utensils (plates, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc.) you'll need.
Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only. Late check in is not a problem!
The private backyard is an ideal place to share a bottle of wine or have your morning coffee. Please note, this is a place for private get together and not a party house.

Washer and dryer also provided in the house on the lower level where the second bathroom is located.

Stairs to get to lake level can be a problem with limited mobility.

Great place to bring your boat

Fantastic house with very large family/living room. First night we were there the neighbors had a wild drunken party. But once we went inside we couldn’t a thing. Will definitely consider this house for our next trip!

On the lake

Once we arrived, we understood why Martine recommended not using the driveway, it’s steep. The home has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The deck was nice for enjoying lake views, and having a dock was a bonus. One thing that would be nice is having access to an outdoor electrical plug to recharge our electric vehicle. Overall nice comfortable stay.

Stunning view !

Enjoyed this view the whole 2 days, Even had sunshine in September !!! It was time to do laundry on our trip so washer and dryer was a plus. Only thing we suggested to the host was installation of a railing going downstairs to laundry room.

Great stay for relaxing and fishing

Amazing house. Right on the lake. Husband enjoyed fishing while I enjoyed relaxing. Would definitely stay here again !!

Relaxing stay with beautiful lake views!

Our family had a wonderful stay, Martine was communicative and the house is just as pictured...the lake view was lovely! Be prepared for some sharp twists and turns the last few minutes of the drive!

Calming Beauty

The house is modern and the view is amazing. We kayaked on the lake, fished off the house’s private dock, and relaxed on the deck and under the house’s gazebo by the lake.

Cleanest property ever!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house with beautiful views. Felt very safe on the deck and throughout the house with our 1 year old and 3 year old. By far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in.

Get away

Over all was great. As we were checking out the house to make sure we did t leave anything behind, I happen to see a kids bed in the closet in my daughters room that my baby could of use. Over the house an property manager are a 10/10.

Nice, chill spot!

We enjoyed a very short stay here but perhaps we can stay longer next time and have fun with the kayaks. The house is very clean, overlooks the lake, and is very welcoming towards pets. Thank you again!

Good views, Great location

Beautiful house placed on a great location of the lake. Views are amazing and house is well lit. Parking is extremely limited, with not enough room for a second vehicle if one is towing. Construction next door is all day, and on weekends. Many many steps required to access boat dock and lower portion of property. No additional toilet paper provided. Board games are missing pieces. Dishwasher door is broken.

Good Photos of an OK Property

The inside of the house was clean. The living space is open, very bright and great for people with kids and dogs or adults alike. The deck is beautiful as advertised. Sitting in the morning with my coffee cup watching the sparkle shine off the lake feels like vacation. The furnishings in the huge living space are big and comfortable. Games line the bookcase though ALL are mixed together and missing pieces, so are not playable. Bedrooms just OK. The kitchen is hard to work in. The dishwasher slides out of its housing when you open its door. The knives do not cut at all nor is there a knife sharpener. Pots are clean, pans are scratched teflon and need replacing. The second bathroom requires you to walk outside and around the house. It is good if you need to use a bathroom from the lake and dock not so much for house access. The photos of the property does not show its steepness. It is a very healthy climb from water to the house. The neighborhood was OK. The Lake was clear and beautiful this time of year, We had a pleasant stay.

wonderful location on the lake (view and access to the water). We enjoyed the serenity.

Very nice property. Great for a family or for two couples who don't mind sharing a bathroom (a second bathroom is available but out side the house). Beautiful view and access to the lake (wonderful to kayak on the lake). comfy kitchen, and an open space for sitting around and enjoying the quiet.

Beautiful home

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. We booked this house for a weekend for crafting. Most of us spent the weekend relaxing and recharging. Communication with the owner was excellent. Outside temperatures were in the mid-90s and the thermostat was not responding. I contacted the owners and they fixed the problem quickly. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The house was very clean. Checking in was easy with the access code and they had great instructions in the Welcome binder. The deck is a wonderful place to hangout. We didn't get a chance to paddle around in the lake with their kayak, but they had it ready with the oar down by the water. The beds were comfortable, but the bunkbed mattresses were a bit hard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful home

The house was in perfect condition, well stocked and decorated. My family was very comfortable. The views from the house were gorgeous and the deck was great for meals. Most items were new and the kitchen has all the cooking items you need to prepare a meal. Few things renters should know: second bathroom…you will need to leave the house and go down some stairs. Getting down the stairs(many) to the dock is the steepest I have experienced at Clearlake. But in exchange you get some of the best views I have seen there and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. We caught fish and had a nice relaxing time.

Perfect comfortable and clean fishing and remote work getaway!

My adult son and I just completed our stay at this wonderful property. Before arrival, the instructions and information received by the owner were accurate and helpful. We found the house without problem. The entry was easy (just a door code to use) and the place was very clean inside. Slight smell of cleaner was in the air, but once we opened the place, it aired out nicely. Everything was in its place and easy to use and find. Beds were comfortable and clean. Second bathroom and laundry are available on the lower level but access is outside the house and down some stairs. It's great for using after visiting the water and swimming. The views out the back of the house and onto the lake were remarkable. Sun rises on the left and sets on the right. We never stared into the sun. We were able to enjoy the balcony each day and into the evenings. For me, the water access, despite being historically low, was excellent. I brought a fishing kayak and was able to launch easily. No mud, just a nice stony surface. The dock still had water under it - maybe 5 feet. We didn't use the dock much, but it would have been usable for swimming. If you have similar plans with a kayak of your own, just know that the property is on a steep hill with 60 stairs down (and up!), so it's a bit of work to get to the shoreline. Once we got setup, we left everything down there and in the boathouse. I was able to fish early, all day, late, and even in the middle of the night. We had a great time and would definitely use the property again. Thanks to the owner for making this property available.
