Great stay

So relaxing and peaceful place my family loved it unfortunately was for a short time but next time definitely will stay longer no doubt about booking it again

Beautiful Peaceful Retreat

Loved our time staying here, especially the chance to sit out and fish off the pier and look at the lake. Perfect for a socially distanced vacation!

Great stay for relaxing and fishing

Amazing house. Right on the lake. Husband enjoyed fishing while I enjoyed relaxing. Would definitely stay here again !!

Relaxing stay with beautiful lake views!

Our family had a wonderful stay, Martine was communicative and the house is just as pictured...the lake view was lovely! Be prepared for some sharp twists and turns the last few minutes of the drive!

Amazing view! The lake smelled during the heat of the day but coffee on the deck in the morning was fantastic. The property is nice and house is clean. Only knock is things are a little older and dated inside the house.

Cleanest property ever!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house with beautiful views. Felt very safe on the deck and throughout the house with our 1 year old and 3 year old. By far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in.

Cozy overlook

I loved this spot, right near the water and has a wonderful lookout point. Just be ready for leg day because the stairs after a few trips are no joke. The house was clean and was well maintained. Thank you for allowing pets.

Great place to bring your boat

Fantastic house with very large family/living room. First night we were there the neighbors had a wild drunken party. But once we went inside we couldn’t a thing. Will definitely consider this house for our next trip!

Thank you Jim for the great review. Normally it’s a very quiet area . Not sure if they celebrate a birthday or something else but great to hear you enjoyed your stay. It’s difficult to control that kind of situation. We also have 2 other properties at the lake. Please let me know if you want to enjoy another area next time and I’ll be more than happy to help. We own the “ stunning lake front 5 minutes from Clearlake oaks public launch, beautiful house on lake with private beach when lake is lower and one of the biggest private dock in the area and Casablanca . Let me know when you are planning on coming back. The 2 other houses has a lot of privacy from the neighbors.

Calming Beauty

The house is modern and the view is amazing. We kayaked on the lake, fished off the house’s private dock, and relaxed on the deck and under the house’s gazebo by the lake.

Great View!!

House was just as advertised and had an incredible view of Clear Lake. A lot of steps to get down to the dock so watch your step and exercise caution. Overall great experience.

The view from the deck is exceptional. Impossible to enjoy when being repeatedly “shushed”. It was 7:00pm and we were talking normally.

The deck is outstanding - we spent pretty much every moment, from morning coffee to evening cocktails, there. Super great communication with Martine, well-equipped kitchen, and all slept well. Didn't kayak (tho they were there and ready for us), but some of us went swimming and really enjoyed that. Well-appointed home, very comfortable and fun. Thank you, Martine

Stunning view !

Enjoyed this view the whole 2 days, Even had sunshine in September !!! It was time to do laundry on our trip so washer and dryer was a plus. Only thing we suggested to the host was installation of a railing going downstairs to laundry room.

On the lake

Once we arrived, we understood why Martine recommended not using the driveway, it’s steep. The home has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The deck was nice for enjoying lake views, and having a dock was a bonus. One thing that would be nice is having access to an outdoor electrical plug to recharge our electric vehicle. Overall nice comfortable stay.

Great view

The view is amazing. The road to get there is confusing and very windy and narrow. There is very little in the kitchen so bring everything you need. There is a coffee maker with filters and literally salt and ice. Period.Steep driveway steep stairs. Only one bathroom. Comfy beds

Thank you for your positive review just to be clear when you said there is very little in the kitchen in the listing we are mentioning that we are not providing any type of food . kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals We have all the equipment to prepare meal. We just don’t have any type of food or condiment or oil for sanitary reason after Covid. We also have a second bedroom with washer and dryer and a shower and sink on the lower level. The house has two bathroom one on the main floor. The other one is on the lower level so when you go kayaking, fish or hang out underneath the gazebo you can go to the lower level bathroom underneath the house access from the outside It’s a small road only residential.
