Second time renting a property from these hosts. Location of this house & the space is everything. Always clean & comfortable accommodations. No need to move your car once you’re parked if you plan on doing all your favorite downtown Pismo plans & the beach. Planning on staying here again!

The house worked well for our family group of 8 to meet up for spring break. Location was great, short walk to beach, pier, shops and plenty of restaurants. House was very clean and well equipped, and it was helpful having 3 1/2 bathrooms!

The property was in a great location. We did not use our cars. Everything is walking distance and beach is right there. Home was clean and had everything we needed. We had 6 adults and 3 children 8,4,3. I cannot say enough about the communication. Host got back to me in less than 5 minutes if I had a question.Would definitely come back and recommend this home.

Great location - a block from the beach, couple blocks from downtown and the pier. Clean, roomy bedrooms. Only complaint would be parking situation - not ideal with multiple cars.

Pismo Beach Family Vacation

This is a spacious, beautiful home in the perfect location in Pismo Beach. It had all the amenities we needed. We were within easy walking distance of the pier and so many wonderful restaurants and shops. The adults and kids in the group were both comfortable and so happy with the accommodations.

Best VRBO Experience

This property was like staying at a mini resort. It's clean and well accommodated with everything we needed. Location is spectacular! I plan on reserving the property next year and hope to make it a yearly family vacation spot.

The location of this property is key, so close to the beach. It was fun to hang out together to eat and play games in the great room on the top floor which includes the kitchen, family room and dining area. It also has a view of the ocean and a wrap around deck.The beds were a little soft but otherwise comfortable. The master bathroom upstairs was very spacious.

Annual Family Beach Trip

The property was described to a tee and very clean. Super close to everything by a short walk. Great location for a family get together, just wish we could have had our dog with us. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was so nice. Great accomodations for all family members! Incredible view of beach and hills. Location can't be beat! Really nice living area to be together.

Oven did not work. Call to maintenance man was not answered. Fridge blew a electrical circuit the last night. The place has active termites.

We understand how important it is for our guests to have a fully functioning kitchen, and we have since replaced the unit with a new one. Regarding the termites, we want to assure you that we promptly addressed the issue as soon as it was discovered, and the treatment has been successfully completed. We take great pride in maintaining our home. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you can see our commitment to providing a high-quality stay, as reflected in many of our other reviews.

The house is beautiful and could not be in a more ideal location! The view from the deck is breathtaking and literally 1 minute from the beautiful beach. The amenities were perfect and we felt very comfortable there.

Fabulous Location

We had a wonderful girls trip. The beach restaurants and shopping are all walking distance or a short drive. The homeowner has done a fabulous job with this property. We will be back!

Always perfect for us

We have now stayed in the Stimson houses 4 times for family reunions. They are clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our convenience with the bonus of being in a beautiful spot in sight of the pier.

Pismo - Weekend Retreat

Lovely home a block from the beach and the location to everything was perfect for our party of 6. The view from the patio and the living room could not be beat! We would definitely recommend it and we hope to return for another trip in the future. Thank you Laurie!

The location was perfect! One of the best stocked kitchens as far as cooking in the home went, had every utensil/pot/gadget we could need that we are used to having at home. Even made cupcakes for the kids to enjoy! Coffee on the patio was nice, and so much space to sleep for the 5 of us we could have taken a few family members and made the kids share a room and still be comfortable! Very comfortable beds, and easy to fall asleep in! Thank you! This will be the first home we look for availability in when we return to Pismo!
