Nestled in the gated community of Pismo Shores, our Oceanfront Oasis awaits you! Unit 126 is just a stroll from the clubhouse, swimming pool, and beach pedestrian gate. This three-bedroom, two-bath haven has been tastefully updated. Enjoy expansive ocean views from the master suite and living room.

The Pismo Shores community features a swimming pool, spa, and clubhouse with a living room, kitchen, and game room. The complex, secured by gates for utmost safety, provides private beach access.

In the master ensuite, find a luxurious king bed. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom features a full bunk bed (full top and bottom) and twin trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room—providing a total of 6 beds.

The home includes internet service and SmartTVs, plus cable channel lineup, and several entertainment apps. Guests can use their private logins to access entertainment apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube.

Ideal for family getaways or couples' retreats.

Additional notable features: No air conditioning. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed. Keyless entry for convenience. The homeowners' association heats the swimming pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, while the spa remains heated year-round. Please note, the property owner cannot guarantee the operational status of the pool or spa during your stay.

Amazing Property

Amazing Beachfront experience

Perfect condo on the beach

This beautiful condo is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in town as well as the pier. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The family room and patio were the favorite gathering spots. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would definitely recommend it. A wonderful place to stay.

Amazing Location in Pismo!

We truly enjoyed being able to just walk right down to the water's edge and stroll the beach searching for shells and watching the birds frolic on the shore. A Truly Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you like waking up in the morning and having a cup of coffee right on the beach, walking to shops and restaurants, hanging out on the beach, and having a glass of wine and bbqing at sunset then this is the place for you. The property is equipped with all needed amenities and more, and we loved the gated community with a jacuzzi. This lovely property will even hold all Seven Sisters and more!! :-)

Wonderful stay with a breathtaking view in the heart of downtown Pismo

We really loved this property- the layout, the location, and the view were absolutely perfect. It was an easy walk to downtown and even easier beach access right through the pedestrian gate. The property was clean and we had everything we could need- even a Kuerig and boogie boards for the kids. The only reason I am giving this listing 4 starts instead of 5 is the slow communication with the property managers and that the listing hadn't mentioned anything about limiting guest day visitors to the max occupancy until after we booked. This additional information was given in the required signed contract after booking and caused some stress while I was waiting for feedback about having friends and family, who had their own accommodations, gather at our vrbo for a bit (not a party). They did finally get back to me after several days to say that was ok, which was a relief. I had also asked about a late check out at the time of booking but never heard back. I asked again via message and voicemail early that last day and was told 20min before normal checkout that we needed to check out at the normal time. Bottom line is that we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this vrbo!

Exceeded every expectation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, literally on the edge of the beach. Walk to the beach through a community security gate. Upstairs and downstairs terraces with beach views, perfect for the sunset. Comfortable beds with a large walk-in closet in the master. Lots of extras - a pile of beach towels, beach stuff, shampoos, lots of extra bath towels. Kitchen very well stocked with pots/pans, cutlery (two drawers full of cutlery!), gadgets, etc etc. The only thing we missed was an electric kettle for making tea, but a saucepan worked just fine. The WiFi measured at 60 Mbps download. Short walk to the town for restaurants, and those we tried served excellently cooked food. Community pool was warm and quite large. Large Jaccuzzi (very hot). Miles-long beach was excellent for walks. Excellent surfing.Trader Joe’s a short drive away (the in-town supermarket was underwhelming, but only a short walk away).No experience with the support staff, we never needed to call them - everything was perfect all the time.We just hung out there nearly all the time. Temperatures were cool to warm and it was windy.100% recommended as a base for a beach vacation.

Best part of the house is the back patio. The living room opens up to the back patio which is right on the beach. The view is amazing. This vacation house has everyone. Beach towels, beach chairs and toys for the sand. We will be visiting again!!!
