This luxurious and beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit has exquisite ocean views from all rooms, but especially from the 4th-floor observation deck. Beach, Pier, and Boardwalk with Shops and Restaurants are nearby.

Living Room has 60" High Definition Flatscreen TV, DVD, CD with surround sound. Wireless internet included. Kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ on one of 2 outside decks with panoramic ocean views. Queen bed in each bedroom. Walk-in closet in one bedroom. Aero bed for additional sleeping. Full-Size Washer and Dryer.

Dogs considered on a case by case basis, requiring a picture for approval and subject to additional fees if approved.

2 Car Garage

This property has a Ring Doorbell Camera or similar recording device at the front door. For every reservation, without exception, the name and phone number of every person age 18 and over at check-in who will be present on site must be provided prior to the check-in code being activated. Failure to provide an individual's identifying information in advance is cause for termination of the rental and immediate removal from the property with no refund.

This property does not include a vehicle charger. Guests bringing an electric vehicle will need to notify Coastal Vacation Rentals in advance if they would like charging privileges, an additional fee does apply. Guests found to be charging any vehicle(s) without permission will be charged a penalty in addition to the charging fee.

There is work being done to the exterior of the complex from April 17th - May 21st 2026, the rates have been reduced because of that work no additional compensation will be offered.
