Romantic Oceanfront Studio with Gorgeous Ocean Views Overlooking Napili Bay w/AC

Newly remodeled oceanfront studio at Napili Shores Building A 204 with sweeping views of beautiful Napili Bay. A few steps to the white sand beach of Napili which has been named the most beautiful beach in the world by Travel and Leisure 2017. No need to leave the property as next door is the famous Gazebo restaurant, Kitchen 5315 and a short beach walk away is the renowned Seahouse Restaurent. We purchased the unit in January 2018 and refurbished the interior with serene and beautiful décor to bring the outdoors inside. AC UNIT INSTALLED in May 2020. Property has green lush, rambling lawns with two pools, a jacuzzi, a koi pond and barbeques. Starting on 1/1/2025, the Front Desk will require guests to pay $50 for their entire stay as a property fee. We purchased a new CAL KING bed./ After a day at the beach, guests can watch the sunset show. Enjoy whale watching while sipping a refreshing beverage. Kids and adults will love the shuffleboard court and an outdoor checkers game with red and black coconuts as checkers. It is no wonder guests have been coming back to Napili Shores for decades. Awesome oceanfront

Excellent stay, great amenities, comfortable bed, nice pool and hot tub. Condo was stocked with everything you need, more than I was expecting! Beach is beautiful easy to access! Location is good close to many places if you don’t mind walking around, we walked over 10 miles in the 6 days and it was so fun! Lots of wildlife, whales, turtles, monk deal! Paradise!!

Excellent location in Maui

This beachfront condo is located right next to Napili beach and has all the amenities you’ll need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped and we even found beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, pool noodles and plenty of beach towels! Check in was a breeze and our host provided a nice informative message about things to do in the area. She was also very quick with communication when we had questions during our stay.

Best location AND room

Everything was great. The view was exceptional, this bed and pillows were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and there are beach chairs and snorkel equipment. We loved every minute of it. We don’t recommend the sea house for dinner although it is conveniently located, but Joeys at Napili plaza is top notch. We ate there 2 nights and recommend everything. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit is in a great location and has a perfect view of Napili Bay. The beach is but mere feet away and easily accessed through a gate at the end of the building. We have stayed in several of the units in this building and this one was the best in terms of how well appointed the room was. It had everything one needed including a host of good beach equipment. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Nāpili Bay

This was the perfect spot!! I’ve never stayed in Napili and it did not disappoint. You can’t go wrong with this lovely oceanfront condo beautiful views and steps away from the beach. It’s a great place for couple's. The property manager sent suggestions on where to visit and places to eat. Will definitely return

Perfect Hawaiian vacation

My husband and I loved our week at the Nāpili Shores. So relaxing! The studio was perfect. It was clean and comfortable, and the views overlooking the Nāpili Bay are spectacular. We really enjoyed visiting The Fish Market and picking up fresh fish for the grill to enjoy on the lovely balcony. We hope to return! Malhalo Elaine and Kim!

Perfect vacation!

This was the perfect vacation at the perfect location. The condo sat right on the edge of the property facing the ocean and the bay. We decided we had the best spot in the complex. The water was absolutely beautiful. We were able to see Molokai across the water while watching families on the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Initially we had a reservation at condo in Lahaina and Elaine moved us to Napoli Shores. Although we were sad about the fire in Lahaina and mot being able to enjoy that area, Napili was great. Elaine has equipped the condo with everything you could need. The lani is perfect. The Napili Shores complex is beautiful with two pools and beautiful landscaping along with the two restaurants, you have everything you needed.The staff at the Gazebo and Kitchen 5315 are great. The Sea House restaurant is within walking distance also. Recommend driving down the beach a little ways and have lunch at the Burger Shake which is part of The Ritz. It sits on a beautiful beach. The Beach House is also just down the road and has a nice pool side bar and restaurant. One day we picked up fish and sides from The Fish Market and brought it back to the condo and ate on the lani. I hope you enjoy your stay at Elaine’s condo at Napili Shores as much as we did. Aloha

Birthday trip

This condo is situated overlooking beautiful Napili Bay. We enjoyed meals on the lanai with this gorgeous view, then just steps down to the beach. We also walked to the shopping center, Kapalua Coastal Trail & Ridge trails. Excellent location. All the condo amenities listed were available there. We would definitely stay there again.

Can’t Beat the View

This is a fantastic part of Maui, and Napili Shores is a wonderful spot. Easy access to the beach and snorkeling both from the resort and at nearby Honolulu Beach. Turtles galore. This condo is oceanfront with excellent views overlooking Napili Bay. It is a compact studio with everything you could need for the beach and to cook. It’s comfortable place to stay. Only cons were the pillows (we prefer down) and the outside light shining through the transom over the front door. After the first night, we used a towel to cover and then slept really well, especially with sounds of the ocean.

Best spot in Maui

This unit at Napili Shores is our new favorite place in Maui. Waterfront views, direct pathway to the beach, right next to Gazebo’s for brunch, truly can’t be beat. The space is perfect for a couple, and we loved the convenience of the kitchen, AC, patio, and beach chairs/accessories. We were staying here when the tragic fires in Maui happened in August 2023, and we will always be grateful to Elaine for her kindness, flexibility, excellent communication, and aloha during an unprecedented disaster. Best host we’ve ever had, who went above and beyond during a very painful time for the community. Thank you for your generosity and aloha spirit. If we could give a 50 star review, we would—mahalo!

Fantastic Location!!

We loved our stay at Napili Shores Condos. The place was wet nice with a fantastic view from our balcony! There is a gazebo restaurant that serves a great breakfast & lunch very close to the condo we stayed in. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect location for aloha vibes

This is our favorite resort on Maui and we’ve stayed here multiple times. This was the first time in this unit and it was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. When we told the owner boogie boards were missing she stopped by and dropped some off. Napili shores is my happy place, and this unit overlooks the bay. The resort itself is well maintained and the big plus is ordering and picking up breakfast from the gazebo to eat on your lanai. Love it here and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Beachfront condo

The pictures and description are accurate. The condo is very small, but nicely decorated and has amazing views. We could watch turtles swim from the lanai. It is just a short walk to the beach (down a path). There are chairs, snorkel equipment and an umbrella in the co do for use. Beach towels are provided, but I would recommend bringing a few more for a long stay. We stayed 9 nights and ended up having to do laundry a few times. The air conditioning works well when needed and the large sliding door opens up to the lanai to give you a great breeze and the sounds of waves crashing. There is a grocery store, an awesome coffee shop and a few restaurants in a plaza just up the road, could be walking distance but we had a car so it was a two minute drive. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend for 1-2 people.
