Romantic Oceanfront Studio with Gorgeous Ocean Views Overlooking Napili Bay w/AC

Newly remodeled oceanfront studio at Napili Shores Building A 204 with sweeping views of beautiful Napili Bay. A few steps to the white sand beach of Napili which has been named the most beautiful beach in the world by Travel and Leisure 2017. No need to leave the property as next door is the famous Gazebo restaurant, Kitchen 5315 and a short beach walk away is the renowned Seahouse Restaurent. We purchased the unit in January 2018 and refurbished the interior with serene and beautiful décor to bring the outdoors inside. AC UNIT INSTALLED in May 2020. Property has green lush, rambling lawns with two pools, a jacuzzi, a koi pond and barbeques. Starting on 1/1/2025, the Front Desk will require guests to pay $50 for their entire stay as a property fee. We purchased a new CAL KING bed./ After a day at the beach, guests can watch the sunset show. Enjoy whale watching while sipping a refreshing beverage. Kids and adults will love the shuffleboard court and an outdoor checkers game with red and black coconuts as checkers. It is no wonder guests have been coming back to Napili Shores for decades. We absolutely loved Napili Shores and especially the gorgeous view from this unit. We were very comfortable and everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach and bay was provided. It was hard to leave… and we can’t wait to return again sometime soon!

We love Maui and this condo is the best place we have stayed. Everything is perfect about this condo. The location, and overall comfort of the condo is unmatched. Elaine is the most helpful host we have dealt with. We got to the condo after hours and Napili Shores was so accommodating. We will be back!!

Very comfortable, well maintained clean studio flat with spectacular views of the ocean and Napili Shores Beach. Large space and well equipped for cooking. Lots of towels and beach equipment. Bed linens were really nice. We used the pools and spa every day. Condominium grounds were landscaped and gardens were very pretty. We walked to Seahouse, Merrimans and the restaurant at Kapalua Bay. Happy hour at the Ritz is great and only a few minutes by taxi. Coffee at island vibes was good! It’s close by and they had breakfast and lunch options as well and a gift shop with quality gifts. Elaine our host was great. Very quick to respond and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location! The view from inside the studio and the lanai is outstanding. It is a short walk to Napili beach and the Sea House restaurant. The property has two pools and a hot tub and is not as densely packed with guests as the larger multistory resorts. The studio size seems to be pretty standard for the area and provides an adequate full kitchen and living space. If you are looking for a relaxing space that is not a mega-resort, this is a great choice.

Beautiful Oceanfront Studio

We will definitely stay here again. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. We love Napili beach and so easy to walk down to and hang out to watch the sunset.

Fantastic Location!!

We loved our stay at Napili Shores Condos. The place was wet nice with a fantastic view from our balcony! There is a gazebo restaurant that serves a great breakfast & lunch very close to the condo we stayed in. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent location in Maui

This beachfront condo is located right next to Napili beach and has all the amenities you’ll need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped and we even found beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, pool noodles and plenty of beach towels! Check in was a breeze and our host provided a nice informative message about things to do in the area. She was also very quick with communication when we had questions during our stay.

Awesome oceanfront

Excellent stay, great amenities, comfortable bed, nice pool and hot tub. Condo was stocked with everything you need, more than I was expecting! Beach is beautiful easy to access! Location is good close to many places if you don’t mind walking around, we walked over 10 miles in the 6 days and it was so fun! Lots of wildlife, whales, turtles, monk deal! Paradise!!

We enjoyed our stay. The view is everything! Honestly we prefer a larger apt with comfortable chairs. But the view is everything and we are truly glad we came to this apt. The weather, although it rained some, was pleasant and not too hot (July). We ate most breakfast and dinners on the balcony, watching the water and the people. Loved it. We appreciate that paper products and dish soap, shampoo, etc were provided. Very well stocked, except it’s time for new beach chairs, although they do work. Very clean apartment, showing its age a little in the kitchen, but we had a great week. Comfortable bed. Great shower. 2 pools on the property. The location of this specific apt is everything! Faces the bay, and balcony has shade all day! Some views elsewhere on the property get blitzed by the afternoon sun, not here! Perfectly worth it. PS we snorkeled Kapalua (park at the Tennis courts and walk straight down thru the resort there). Also Honolua which was the best. The water was too rough for us at Napili bay or the other side of the Point, but the last day it calmed. So it clearly varies from day to day.
