Great North Maui Stay

Alan was great! Answered my questions very quickly and gave me great advice! Highly recommend the condo. The only slight issue I had was the amount of cars on the road throughout Maui. Not the problem for the condo or Alan. I guess many individuals want to be here on this great island as I did.

Amazing views

Loved waking up every morning to the beautiful ocean view. Alan was the best. He met us there and walked through everything so we had no issues on how things worked. Loved the location and how close we were to everything.

Fantastic Condo

Can't go wrong here. Beautiful views, great location, easy beach access, quiet. Condo is nicely and thoughtfully stocked. Great communication. Stay here for a turnkey, relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Island Adventure and Serenity

Situated between the serene Kapalua Bay and exhilerating Ironwoods Beach, Alan's Kapalua Villa was the perfect spot to celebrate our second Honeymoon. As promised, the villa had everything we wanted and more; beautiful ocean view, comfy bed, well appointed and quiet. Alan went beyond for us with treats and all the ocean toys. We love to snorkel and the gear was top quality as were the beach chairs, boogies boards, coolers and umbrellas. Sitting out on the grass dining at sunset was a highlight and we loved hiking the rugged coastline hiking. Alan was always available and made sure we were taken care of. It was our first time staying in Kapalua and we would book this villa again in a heartbeat. So grateful. Mahalo Alan.

Great unit in the Bay Villas

This is a great two level unit in the Bay Villas, recently updated, and one of the best locations in my opinion. It is very easy to walk down to Kapalua Bay or Oneloa beach, and obviously the coastal trail is only 2 minutes away. The two levels provide great views from every room and because it is close to the pool, it is very convenient if you want to stay home, grill, and dine on your lanai. The unit has everything you need for food prep, cooking, grilling, for packing lunches, and for going to the beach (coolers, umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment). Alan and Russ are great to work with, they even checked in after we got there just to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Can't wait to go back!

Great Unit in Kapalua!

We've stayed in many Bay Villas and this is one of the best! It is in great condition and has everything you need for a week+ long vacation, from storage containers to boogie boards, chairs, and umbrella, it has it all. The check-in amenities are awesome too! Alan and Russ were awesome to work with, they communicated everything on time and even checked in with us after arrival to make sure everything was going well. Could not ask for better hosts. We will be back!

Excellent location. Quick access to trails and major beaches. Very quiet with beautiful views.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean, spacious, and updated. Appreciated the many welcome touches and the balcony full of chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas and boogie boards.

Great place for vacation with privacy.

Good place for anybody who likes swimming in the pool or sea. Great possibility for hiking (Kapalua trails). Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Coffee machine and espresso - great taste. Really nice seaview.

It felt like home

We really loved staying in Alan’s condo. It had everything we needed and the most amazing view from the upstairs bedroom. The bed was so comfortable, it was amazing to wake up to the beautiful sunrises and ocean views. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by Alan and Russell. The complex was quiet and not busy which suited us just fine. The shuttle service made it easy to get to the Ritz and other sites near the villas. I highly recommend Alan’s condo and can’t wait to come back.

Excellent stay

We stayed at the Golf Villas before, but this property had a great ocean view and location with just an easy 10 minute walk to Kapalua beach. Property itself was very clean, and the extra touches to think of everything you may need. Staff was great with accommodating flights and checking in during stay.

Fantastic location

We really enjoyed all that the property had to offer for our trip to Maui. It is convenient to so many nice restaurants. The beach is a short walk and the scenery is amazing. All of the reviews stating Alan was a phenomenal host are true. He is top notch when it comes to customer service! 😊😊

Beautiful ocean views

Highly recommend this property! The ocean views from the master bedroom and lanai were picturesque. We watched wales every morning. Our host was very responsive and the condo had all of the amenities needed along with beach accessories for the very short walk to the almost private beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Return Stay!

We were thrilled Alan's villa was available for our dates in Kapalua, our third stay at this amazing location just off the Kapalua Coastal Trail. Communication with Alan and Russell was excellent as always. The kitchen is well-stocked for any cooking needs. We love waking up to the amazing ocean views! Thank you for a great experience! Amazing accommodations in Kapalua

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kapalua Bay! The views were spectacular and we found the access to Oneola and Kapalua bay extremely convenient to walk to. Everything in the condo was as described and Alan and Russell were more than accommodating during our time. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Favorite place on Maui

Kapalua Bay Villas are the perfect location. Access to beach trail, amazing views. Saw many whales just sitting on the back porch. This unit has everything you need. If you’re particular about your soap and hair products bring your own. Alan and Russel were great to work with and very accommodating. Hope to return to this special place!

Wonderful condo on the ocean

We loved the condo. It was as pictured, close to the ocean, beaches, and hiking trails. We had great communication with the owner and property manager. Check in and out was very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location, comfortable, and clean

The views and sounds of the ocean are amazing. The accommodations were clean, stocked very well, had detailed instructions for electronics, and, although I didn't call, felt communication was open for assistance from property manager and owner. I rented a Jeep and had no trouble driving around the island. Also, parking right outside the front door was very convenient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly appointed property in a magical setting

Kapalua is ideally located to the best beaches and spectacular ocean views. This place has up close oceanfront views, is in a quiet townhome manicured gated neighborhood. It’s just minutes walk away to gorgeous beaches, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. It I.s furnished with a fabulous king size bed, two big screen tvs and a well stocked kitchen. We will come back here again. The management and owner are easy to reach, friendly and helpful.
