Cute condo with great location!

Cute condo with access to Condado nightlife and restaurants. Great views of the lagoon from the balcony. Has 1 tv in living space. Patricia was a pleasant host.

Convenient, Clean, Heart of Condado Gem

Location, location, location. This clean, cozy condo is conveniently located in the heart of Condado; a neighborhood full of character, great food, pubs, bars and BEACH! Everything featured in the ad is exactly what you will find. Will definitely book this again in our future stays.

Mother's Day 2024

My husband and I traveled to Puerto Rico to surprise my mom for mother's Day and the location + beautiful setting with great restaurant around those was EXCELLENT!!

Great location to Nightlife in San Juan.

The apartment was in a great location with ample parking. It was clean, however when we checked in, the a/c unit in the bedroom had filters which hadn't been cleaned in ages so water had backed up and ran down the wall which soaked the bed's headboard & mattress and pillows. The rug on that side of the bedroom was also soaked & the floor was wet. The side table had water standing in it. We reached out to the host but never heard from her. So, My husband stood on a chair and cleaned the a/c unit and filters. The floor was mopped and we just hoped the mattress would dry out, which it did eventually. The remote for the TV didn't work, even when we bought new batteries for it. The drain in the shower backed up once which was a problem because it is a 0 entry shower. We would have enjoyed the balcony but the furniture on it was falling apart. Having the trash and the laundry just down the hallway was very convenient. There was also no counter space in the bedroom which would have been nice. Same with the shower--we had to put our bar of soap on the shower floor. The kitchen was fine but a tea towel would have been nice. The apartment was bright and white which was great. All tile, no rugs.

Safety

The apartment itself was very tidy & clean. The apartment building was unsafe, dirty, unkept. I felt very uncomfortable staying so, I ended up leaving the property immediately after check-in.

Great Location/Very Clean!

This beautiful apartment presents just as it looks in the pictures. It was extremely clean and beautiful. We loved the location and the vibrancy of the city. Felt very safe and everything was walkable from the beach to restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. We appreciated the gated parking area, this was a stress reliever. Building has laundry facilities at a cost, if needed. Patricia was an excellent host and always responded to any questions we had. We will be visiting again!

Staying at the VRBO in Condado, Puerto Rico, was a fantastic experience. Walkable Spot!

The apartment is just as described. Great safe spot in upscale Condado. Walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the beaches. Highly recommended!

Amazing

The stay was overall amazing, but checking in was a hassle. We couldn’t get in because we didn’t have the four digit code to get our key. We were told it was in our email, but we had all the information, but the code. We were finally able to get a hold of the host and she was able to help us. Other than that the place was very clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, convenient condo in Condado

We rented this condo when we realized that our large family group would not all fit in another property we already had reserved on VRBO. This unit was just a 5-minute walk from the first unit and a great "overflow" option for us. Because I was paying for the unit, but not staying there, there were some minor glitches with check-in communication, but overall communication was quite good. The unit was comfortable, very clean, and the A/C worked well (even in July). Excellent location for walking to the beach and restaurants. Having access to the parking space associated with the unit was a huge plus. Definitely recommend this property!
