Congratulations! You've found Serenity, which is located on one of the top ten beaches in the world! Navarre Beach, with its beautiful white sand and emerald water, is the dream location for the perfect beach vacation. Serenity, our 1800 square feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, is right on the beach with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. This first floor condo with easy beach access is newly remodeled with families and couples in mind.

There is a spacious great room for group gatherings and game or movie nights on the 65" 4K TV. Every bedroom has a 55" 4K TV. The main master and the second master each have King beds, while the third bedroom has two Queen beds, so the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The kitchen is open to the great room with an amazing view of the beach and the ocean. You can cook up a scrumptious meal, enjoy the awesome view, and still be part of what's going on. Our kitchen is well stocked with what you need for those nights you decide to stay in and fix your own meal, including a big ol' stock pot we have used many times ourselves for a tasty shrimp boil!

The condo could not be any better stocked. It was very clean and larger than we anticipated. The beach walkway was very convenient and right on our floor. The beach was so nice and not crowded at all. The only issue we had was the internet is not very good, we had quite a time trying to check in for our home flight. Overall a very good place to stay for our girls trip this year.

The accommodations are great. The size iand space of the condo is wonderful. The Internet, unfortunately was challenging. We had difficulty with zoom calls. We were able to stream a movie at night so that was nice. All in all I would recommend the space but if you have a need to do some work using the Internet, you may have a challenging time.

Everything exceeded expectations, the property is well maintained, great kitchen, the view is great, we spent more time on the deck than we did on the beach, great host and communication. It’s within walking distance of some very good restaurants, and the locals in Navarre are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

First of all, our host Bonnie was so professional and kind and helpful. She was always very prompt in communicating with us as well as checking on us throughout our stay. Thank you, Bonnie! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely condo on the beach! It was very clean and included everything, plus much more, one would want or need while on vacation. The kitchen was amazing, especially with all of the additional items, even spices. The rooms were very spacious with beautiful decor, and we liked the design of each of the three bedrooms having its own bathroom. We also appreciated this condo being on the first floor. The balcony was not only very spacious, but also contained a multitude of chairs of various styles and a table. It was very quiet and the beach was serene. We definitely plan to return to this particular condo in the future to create many more wonderful memories!

I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay!! Everything was perfect!! The host supplied so many things like dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, a stocked kitchen, nice plush bath towels, etc. I could keep listing things!! The condo was very clean and it was huge!! A nice size living room with plenty of seating. They also supply tons of movies and books!! We would love to make this place an annual vacation rental for us and our family!! This rental and the host exceeded our expectations!! We have been renting vacation rentals from VRBO for years and this has by far been the best!!

This was perfect for our family! Beautiful beachfront view, super convenient location all around, easy to check in, and clean. We loved the board games to play with my nephews, had extra blankets to make a playmat for my baby, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony was a favorite spot for all of us. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. We had all the amenities of home with a excellent view of the beach. Wonderful area and very relaxing. We plan on staying again.

Our family had a great time! The condo was in the perfect location right on the beach and beside a long pier you can walk/fish! Was very baby/kid friendly! Condo was nice and clean! Quick and Easy communication with host! Very nice lovely people!

We had everything we needed or could hope for. The host was very responsive and incredibly gracious and the condo was just amazing! Easy access to the beach, the pool, and everywhere we wanted to go. It was a wonderful vacation. Our sincerest thanks to the hosts.

Amazing

This was my first time staying at a condo and I loved it. The condo was clean, spacious, and provided a great view of the ocean. The owner was very helpful and communication was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This condo was lovely in all ways! Clean and kitchen well appointed, didn’t find an item she didn’t have that we needed and I cooked three different breakfast, from French toast casserole, breakfast casserole and scrambled eggs with all the fixings. Balcony had a terrific view. Looked watching sunrises and the blue green water, just beautiful.

The condo had a great layout & the hosts, Bonnie & Dave, were very hands on with communicating with us. The view is incredible from our balcony. We enjoyed our walk to the pier and around Navarre.

My husband, Dave, & I (Bonnie) have vacationed along the Florida Panhandle for more than 30 years. After camping and being guests at other people's homes and dreaming for years of having a beach condo of our own, that dream came true on Valentine's Day 2018. Since then, we have been fortunate to host many couples and families at our place and look forward to doing so for many years to come.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Serenity is our dream place. We visited Panama City Beach and Destin along the Florida panhandle many times over the years and first visited Navarre Beach in 2012 and absolutely fell in love. It's a beautiful area and quieter and calmer than PCB, Destin, and Pensacola, but still close enough to easily reach if we want to go there for a change of pace.

We picked Serenity in the Navarre Beach Regency because of the first floor location, its ease of access to the beach, and the special protected areas (Gulf Islands National Seashore) surrounding the developed areas of Navarre Beach. The pool is easy to reach and can be seen from the balcony, but not so close that the typical pool noise is bothersome. Serenity is ideal for those who want to easy access to the beach or pool.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Serenity's first floor location is perfect. You don't have to get on an elevator to reach the beach or pool. It's a short walk just down the walkway. When you're done at the beach or pool, there is a storage area near the beach/pool access where toys can be stored. This eases the hauling of stuff back and forth to the beach tremendously.

We also have a covered parking space close to the elevators, which is great for keeping your car cool during the summer months.
