Kick up your feet, relax and enjoy the most comfortable, kid-friendly, well-appointed condo at the Regency! Unit 502 is claimed by many of our renters as having the most well-equipped kitchen they've ever seen!! Dine in or make reservations at one of our local eating establishments- the choice is yours.

The Navarre Beach Regency boasts the most spacious units on the beach offering 1520 square feet of living space. No paper thin walls here- the units are so quiet you'll never hear your neighbors! Relax and enjoy the view from our 30' X 8' gulf front balcony - Navarre Beach boasts the whitest sand and the clearest, emerald waters on the Florida coast!

The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the gulf and is furnished with a king size bed and 26' flat screen television. The second bedroom is comforatble and large enough for 2 queen beds and has it's own TV. Unit 502 has 2 full size refrigerators and wireless internet.

We are close to parasailing, snorkeling, jet skiing and beach volleyball. Whether lounging at the pool or soaking up the sun on the beach you'll have the time of your life in Unit 502!!

Excellent Place for Family

Super pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the place. It was everything that our family needed. Definitely recommend and will a place that we will keep on our list of places to stay again. Communication with owner was great as well.

We loved this condo. The beds were all comfortable. The views from the master bedroom were beautiful. The location was great. Restaurants nearby to walk to and great access to the beach and pool.

Wonderful place to stay

We love everything about our stay. The Condo was in the perfect location, clean and plenty of room for all 5 of us. The kitchen was amazing as well as the views from the balcony. We look forward to coming back to visit! Thank you Kay for answering all our questions and making our first trip to Navarre one to remember.

Wonderful property

The condo overall was great. We are regular VRBO renters so we have experience with many rentals. Our only issue was that the condo was not well stocked. We had to go buy paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap etc. Almost every condo we have rented were well stocked with these things. Is it a major problem? No. But kind of odd. At least they had appropriate amount of dishware and cookware. I would book again for sure.

There was everything we needed for our vacation. Games for the kids, week sucked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfy beds, it was perfect.

Great trip

We loved our stay! The view was incredible. The condo was comfortable and as described. Beds were great- air conditioning was cold! Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking and glassware to enjoy! Noodles and boogie boards for use and we loved the free chairs and umbrella rental. Everything was perfect. We will be back

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable and that shower was incredible! The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware and dishes. Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Six Sisters Getaway

Our second stay at this condo, and definitely not the last! Plenty of room and beautiful views from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus second refrigerator was a great addition. Beach service a plus. Extra beach chairs, too. Great communication with the hosts Kay & Mark. No doubt we will book this condo again!

Amazing Condo!

This condo is amazing! Such beautiful decor, awesome kitchen amenities, comfortable furniture and condo size is fantastic! So spacious and roomy! The patio furniture in balcony is awesome room. We loved our stay in Regency502. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent property and condo!

The condo was great. It is very clean and exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. Has all the comforts of home plus the beach! :) Mark and Kay are great hosts. The Regency is a very nice facility. An older complex but very well kept. Easy access to the beach and pool. Two sets of elevators. No long waits to get back to your condo. So nice versus the newer high-rises. Will definitely rent again should our path take us to Navarre Beach in the future! Thanks!!

Great place to stay for family with children

We loved our stay here, very quiet, and spacious. The master shower was very nice. Loved the large balcony and kitchen had everything you could need if wanting to cook in. Easy walk to beach. Perfect for our family of 4. Owners quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing time at Navarre

This condo has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing time at the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone. There is plenty of room to relax with your family or if you need some quiet time alone. Beautiful views from the balcony and only a 5 minute walk to the pier. We saw dolphins and sea turtles at the pier. We hope to stay again soon.

Wonderful Family Time!

We had such a wonderful time on our spring break vacation. The condo was clean and very spacious! Even though there was construction going on the view was amazing! The kids enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the pier and family monopoly games each night. We really appreciated the beach chair service being set up for us each day. I would highly recommend this place for families looking to relax and spend lots of time together.

Very nice, clean condo

This condo was clean and beautiful when we arrived. Mark and Kay sent detailed instructions for check in which made check-in very easy. I couldn't have asked for better hosts. I have to say, we did not stay at the best time as the exterior of the condo units were being prepped for painting. There was a lot of grinding to remove the old paint and the balcony was not accessible during a lot of our stay. The pool was also closed for the majority of our stay. It opened the day before we left. All of this being said, the owners advised us of what to expect prior to our arrival and offered a full refund if we wanted to book elsewhere. We were given a discount on our stay to compensate us for all of the difficulties. While conditions were not ideal, none of it was the fault of the owners. The beds were very comfortable. The shower in the primary bedroom was AMAZING! The only thing I would say that could be improved, was to remove some items from the cabinets to make room for grocery items. A pantry would be nice.

Lovely property, beautiful beachfront setting

I have rented a warm weather winter vacation property on VRBO previously. This property is absolutely the best we have rented because of the cleanliness, layout of the condo, very good communications with the owner, well-appointed kitchen and the location on the white said beach of Navarre. There are also beach chairs in the unit, to borrow for the beach. The check-in process was great, the owner communicated any issues with the building, she was also prompt in responses when I had a question. There have been previous properties I have rented in other areas of Florida, that I would not book again. This property is so clean, very comfortable bed & sitting areas inside the condo, plus ample space and seating on the balcony to enjoy the outdoors, the parking was uncrowded and the community is very quite welcoming; I would absolutely NOT hesitate to book again at this property. The building community is quiet and laid-back, as is the Navarre Beach area. Many thanks, again, for having this property available to book on VRBO!
