This was our 2nd year in a row staying at 701 Summerwind West! This condo did not disappoint again. It was clean and comfortable. Elizabeth was easy to work with! She is a great communicator! We will continue renting this condo as long as we can.

Relaxing week on the beach

Loved all the extra touches Elizabeth made throughout the condo. Very clean, awesome location and beautiful views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place!

We have been to Navarre a few times, this condo has been our favorite! Location is great right next to pier, which we walked daily. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with, and condo had everything we needed, and was very clean! A bonus was having beach service included!

Beautiful condo and gracious host

We so enjoyed our 11 days at this property. We made most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed the amazing beachfront property. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful time. Our host Elizabeth was very nice and took care of all our needs.

Summer vacation

This is an awesome property. The condo was clean and well stocked. Location was great. Three pools that were always clean and refreshing to cool off on a hot days

Couldn’t have asked for more

This place was wonderful. The condo was great. It had enough room for everyone. The furnishings were wonderful. I'd recommend this place to anyone. And will definitely stay here again. We have stayed many places along the Gulf Coast, but we have found our new vacation spot.

Great condo

We loved this condo. We booked last minute and the condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was clean, very easy checkin, and the welcome note and goodies were a great touch. We will for sure be staying here again. Thanks to a great host for making sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect for our family of 5! From the moment I inquired on this condo, the host was amazing with communication. She got back to me quickly with any questions and answered thoroughly. Check in instructions were very clear and made the whole process so smooth. Elizabeth left a sweet welcome message and included snacks and parking passes. The condo had everything we needed and was extremely spacious. The unit was clean and well kept. We have family in the area and the host was great with giving extra parking passes so they could come visit while we were there. The location is ideal being right next to the pier and a couple restaurants. We love Navarre for the lack of traffic and low key vibes. As an added bonus, we saw dolphins and sea turtles nightly (our stay was in early June), along with the Blue Angel a few times. Pro tips, bring your beach tents because they are allowed! And don’t forget your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins dance from your balcony. I will definitely keep this unit in mind for our trip next year!

Sun, Sand, and Shelter

The VRBO property was very good! Calm colors, extremely comfortable beds, cozy furniture, more than adequately supplied kitchen, 2 free beach front chairs included, and welcoming and very helpful host! We have stayed in various Summerwind units for most of our trips to Navarre over the past 12 years and they never disappoint! I highly recommend!

Excellent vacation

Condo was well stocked and very clean. Check in was super easy and communication with Elizabeth was very easy. Only downfall was only one pool was heated (this was in the description) was just hoping since it was spring break they would have heated all three. If you’re looking for a relaxing low key location this is the place to book!

My siblings and I all really enjoyed this condo and working with Elizabeth. What I noticed right when walking in was "no clutter" covering counter tops and every other flat surface, no family pictures everywhere, just the items needed and nice and clean. And of course, the view was outstanding. We had everything we needed or wanted in the condo. Adequate cookware, appliances and comfy furniture. Nice shower heads, nice linens and towels, an excellent condo for families with kids as not a bunch of knick knacks sitting around to get broken. The beach service was a nice addition I haven't had before. The heated pool and hot tub were nice. Easy entry and good communication with Elizabeth. Highly recommend this condo and management team.

Views for days!

What a beautiful space to occupy for a week! Bring your binoculars to check out surfers on the beach and dolphin by the pier from the balcony. Everything was clean, comfortable, well-appointed. The beds were comfortable when we lay down, beach-tired at the end of the day and the kitchen had every little thing we could need. Such a cheerful, clean place.

this unit is fantastic. It's stocked with everything you need, the staff was amazingly attentive to questions that we had and man oh man, that location. Gulf front, looking right over the beach and the pier. Just fantastic. We love Navarre and we love this condo. We will be back!!!!!

A Recommendation

Communication was great with the property owner. We arrived on a Blue Angels air show day and the owner worked with us to make sure we could arrive to avoid the most traffic. Much appreciated. There was also a brief power outage in Navarre and the owner kept us up to date with regular information. The condo itself is really nice and comfortable. It was clean and well apportioned. We’d happily stay there again.

Better than ever!

Such a great condo and attentive owners who were very responsive. Very clean and well maintained. Usually units are not as good as the photos but this was better! Great views and location. They even provided 4 chairs to take to the beach. Can’t count on the chairs by Lazy Days who forgot I told them in person the day before to save some for me. The entire process from reservation through check in was flawless. They even provided tasty snacks!

Spotless Condo

We arrived early and although the condo wasn’t quite ready, Elizabeth was kind enough to give us parking passes and wrist bands so we could enjoy the pool. It was immaculately clean with nice furniture and good cookware. A nice big refrigerator with water and ice in the door. I can’t think of one thing we needed that she didn’t have. The beach service was fantastic and we loved being able to take advantage of that daily. We’ve been staying at Summerwinds for 14 years and this is our favorite condo by far.
