Beautiful spacious, bright 2 Master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and split floorpan! With over 2,328 sq ft there is enough room for families or groups while maintaining privacy. The area is one of the most sought after in beautiful McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale.

About this getaway home: Our beautiful retreat has a large kitchen complete with 8 seat dining table and work station nook. Spacious social area includes pull out sofa bed, adobe fireplace, foosball table, bar and 58" flatscreen. 2 MasterSuite with private bathrooms, closets and opposite ends of home for extra privacy. Beautiful greenspace right outside as well as private backyard with gas BBQ, fountain, patio furniture making it a truly desert oasis. Pool is less than 1 min walk from front door.

Area: Beautiful McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale area close to all types of entertainment from Old town Scottsdale to sporting events such as Talking Stick Resort/Golf Course and Spring Training facility for the AZ Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies. 5 min drive to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick! 2 bedrooms with 2 towels each, 1 hand towel 1 wash cloth for a 6 day stay. Coffee maker (1 cup keurig maker) didnt work most of the time. Could not get into the pool for the first 3 days out of 6 day stay. Carpet was dirty with stains.

Very charming townhouse in great location for playing at Salt River Fields. Great pool literally 20 steps away. The two master suites were very comfortable. We also enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area.

Our stay was good. I gave some suggestions, and have heard no response. The carport is painted with Very slick gray paint. I slipped and fell. I told the homeowner to advise other guests and I havr not heard back from him.

Good location and Spacious

Good property with a very good host. Great communication with us. Very close to a clean and well done pool and hot tub. Large living area and kitchen. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. All necessary items were included. Patio furniture needed repairs and to be cleaned as did the grill. All in all we had a very pleasant experience at the townhouse.

Need: new sheets, towels,wash cloths and kitchen utensils needed.

Broken faucet. Terrible linens. Dirty when arrived. Very dissatisfied, spending that much for a place that’s not kept up. Pillows outside were dirty. Kitchen silverware not enough. Need to throw out most towels and cloths, they were like rags

Terrific house in a quiet neighborhood

The property was in good condition, the beds were VERY comfortable and the house was so spacious. The kitchen was nicely equipped and even had some spices. A great stay.

Scottsdale north

The facility was nice but the amenities were inadequate. We got one wash cloth and one face towel both threadbare for a nine day stay. One of the bedroom TV's did not work. There were at least 6 light bulbs out. A Kureg coffee pot that only occasionally worked. Could not use the pool because we could not find the key that was supposedly left. One of reclining chairs wouldn't. Greater attention to details needs to be made.

Give this one a second thought!

The condo is spacious but dark and no sun in the back yard. Kitchen is equipped which was nice. However Santiago is not quick to respond... A week later we received a notice from the insurance company stating we had broken a lamp which we did not. Two women in their 60's that took care of the place and left it clean for the cleaning people. I hope this gets resolved.

Beautiful Home

We loved having the space and privacy of a house and it was definitely cost effective for us! We enjoyed visiting Old Scottsdale, the SeaLife Aquarium and the Desert Bell tour of Saguaro Lake. The home was convenient to stores, restaurants, parks and touristy activities. It is beautiful with a wonderful backyard to enjoy the Arizona sunshine! Minor repairs were recommended to the owner. It is a beautiful Arizona home with so many little extras! We loved our stay and the wonderful accommodations. We hope to return again in the future.

Super quiet, very roomy!

We would definitely stay here again! We needed an early check in which was a breeze which we were thankful for. Great location. Very quiet. Had everything we needed. The showers had great pressure and hot hot quick. The whole process was and stay was perfect! Thank you!

Excellent location!

This home is quite spacious! Large kitchen, large living area, two large bedrooms with en suites! Your vehicle is protected from the Arizona sun, and the property manager is available and accommodating. I simply could not ask for more. There is a swimming pool three doors down, with a casino, restaurants, and entertainment venues nearby. Grocery stores and both Target, Walmart and gas stations are not far. Freeway access is less than three minutes away. This home lends itself to just about anything you’d want in Scottsdale. Thank you Santiago for a most excellent stay!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the neighbors were all friendly. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the back yard (small bummer the water feature was not operating) and afternoons by the pool. Great location with easy access to all local trails & attractions. Thank you.
