This completely updated duplex is bright and warm and centered in Tacoma’s newest, most up and coming 6th Avenue neighborhood. The 1915 historic home is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Downtown, and has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the city. The home is within walking distance of most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, JBLM, and all hospitals are also in close proximity, Mt Rainier<2 hours away.

Wonderful place to stay!!

Clean, updated, host is VERY available if any issues. Close to some great eateries. Will definetely keep this one as my go to when back in Tacoma!

This place was great! A quiet corner of Tacoma, very close to the convention center but not so close to be annoying. The street parking was sufficient but I wouldn't call it ample... it was one of those situations where by the time you go to sleep, the entire road is lined on both sides with cars. But we always had room right along the property so it was fine. The beds were nice and cozy and we didn't hear the upstairs neighbors at all.

The property is AMAZINGLY clean and it was the perfect location for dropping my kid of at University of Puget Sound. The neighborhood was quiet, the parking plentiful. The house had great space, a good kitchen, and a lovely outside deck. I can not wait to reserve here again!

I loved the stay. Only wish there was enough cleaning supplies and laundry supplies including trash bags for the entire 5 days we stayed there. Otherwise great property.

Nice property but the backyard should be cleaned up and usable.

It was easy and a great place to stay. The hot water was not working and it was just a phone call away but everything should but checked prior to check in.

We were into see our son. The unit appeared to be brand new with all furnishings and appliance brand new .wonderful place, we highly recommend it. Will definitely stay again!
