The lighthouse keeper’s cottage is a charming place to stay, historically furnished but also modernized enough to be comfortable. The front porch has great views across Brown’s Point Park and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful gardens. We enjoyed our stay. BUT: Beware that on Saturdays from May to September paying guests are required to tidy up and vacate the premises from 12:30-4:30 to allow free historic tours.

This is a unique place to stay. Stunning location on Puget Sound. Beach yards away. A house full of history and charm. Good sized bedrooms. A truly beautiful place

We had a lovely weekend in the Cottage. The history, views of the water from every window, seeing sea lions playing, antique furniture, and full amenities made for a very special unique stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole cottage was very clean and comfortable.

A very nice location and the views were stunning. The house does however sit in the middle of a public park and we had to watch carefully as people would try to walk right into the house thinking it was open to the public.

Amazing place!

We had a wonderful stay! Even in the winter the place is so warm and cozy!! It was so clean with all the comforts of home!! Highly recommend!!!! Views amazing too!

Wonderful place to call home for a week! Perfect for lots of writing, beautiful sunsets, whales, porpoises, seals/sea lions, starfish, watching fishermen and boats/ships. Fabulous experience with so many lovely memories. Comfortable beds. Loved the tours of cottage and boat house.

Nice historic beachfront home

We enjoyed our stay at the lighthouse cottage. The home is beautiful with antiques throughout and comfortable beds. The setting in Browns Point Lighthouse Park is nice. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect getaway!

Celebrated two friends 70th Birthdays. Beautiful red sunsets, fresh air, nice beach walks, comfortable home, perfectly appointed kitchen great for cooking homemade meals! Comfortable beds, too!

Loved it! This was our second time to be at the Lighthouse. It was as great as we remembered. 4th of July celebration was very fun. Amazing view of the fireworks. Support of the host was exceptional.

Beautiful Property & Park

We enjoy staying here with family and spending time on the beach. Making meals and playing games. Only 1 bathroom can be challenging with a family, but love the location.

Amazing Setting

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the magic of this historical cottage, the surrounding marine life, and awe-inspiring views. I highly recommend going back in time for a few days to savor a more gentle world.

Special experience

Unique experience. Incredible location at the lighthouse park. Comfortable historic cottage. Great hosts. Of course, there are people visiting the park, but that's part of the charm. Loved staying here.

Beautiful location!

Historic. Very comfortable beds, incredible view. Very clean. My cousins visited from Mora, Sweden and thoroughly enjoyed this cottage. They loved the neighborhood and the friendly faces they met during their stay. Thank you Browns Point

Girls weekend

We are four friends of a certain age. This is the third lighthouse where we have stayed. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walking on the beach, cooking meals, reading, and relaxing. The house had everything we needed.

WOW! So beautiful - a Rare Find

We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful lighthouse cottage. The house and grounds are stunning and in excellent condition. We loved the views and watching the sunset at night. Easy parking, very clean, good beds, and good communication with staff. We enjoyed beach walks and watching the tugboats and fisherman. Serene and safe. It was an honor to be able to stay there.

Reflection

My third stay, and it’s was better than ever! Time stands still at the Browns Point Lighthouse, which is its beauty, its truth. I’m posting a reflection photo of me 15 years ago during my first stay, and this month! I’ll be 85 in 15 years, so I plan on returning then, and once again on my 100th birthday!

2nd stay just as wonderful as the first!

I booked over a year in advance to return to the Keepers Cottage. My nieces asked me if we could go again. I love old things so this place is right up my alley. The first thing I do is open all the windows and let the salt air breeze through and flap the lace curtains.
