This is a beautiful property. The room is immaculate and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We reserved docking space and it was perfect.The view from the bedroom balcony allows you to see the beauty of lemon bay and the beach is across the street. Walking distance to local restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with.

We stayed here for 3 nights before checking in with the rest of our family, down the road. The location was excellent, the pool was wonderful, the house was spotless and absolutely everything we had needed. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The condo & property were very nicely done & in a great location. We would definitely love to come back!

Great place!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. This wasn’t on the beach like we expected, but it was across the street and an easy walk. The bay is nice and has benches to sit on. We were able to walk to a few restaurants. The condo is beautiful and was just what we needed.

Beach Getaway

I love our annual trip to Manasota Key. Thanks to these amazing hosts for highlighting the local attractions. The yoga on the beach is part of what drew me here and is always a great way to relax. The condo is a perfect locating and the hosts are wonderfully accommodating.

Leo and Margaret were great hosts, Condo was very clean and modern, steps away from back bay and the Gulf of Mexico, also a short walk to all the restaurants and stores. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here and enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets

This is a wonderful property.

Close to beach and restaurants. King size bed is very comfortable and condo is extremely clean and well maintained. Leo was very pleasant and accommodating.

Very nice clean condo close to activities nice warm pool… would have liked to have been right on the beach but just a short walk and all beach going equipment included

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were right on the sound with terrific water views from the balcony. The unit was stocked very nicely with all necessities, and the parking was right underneath the unit.If I had to say anything at all negative about our stay, it would be the distance from the ocean. It wasn't just across the street; it was a couple of blocks away. But, nonetheless, it was reachable & we enjoyed our time there as well. All in all, it was a very good choice for the money.
