Unit has been remodeled in 2024 w/updated Kitchen cabinets & 75in smart TV. Smart Home: Alexa, and cameras outside on balcony, etc. Enjoy the undiscovered paradise at Manasota Key. The Gulf of Mexico with your private beach is directly across the street. The beautiful Lemon Bay is in your backyard with boating and fishing from the private docks.
Both beach and bay are not visible from the unit. Enjoy sunrises in the morning over Lemon Bay, and gorgeous sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Golfing, Shopping, Boating, fishing tours and great restaurants are just minutes away.

If you're looking for peace and solitude, or action and nightlife, Manasota Key is your place. Southwest Int Airport is 45 minutes away, Bush Gardens one hour 10 minutes, Orlando two hours. Sarasota 30 minutes. Everything is close by if you desire, even if you just want to stay at the El Galeon East Resort on the Island. It offers the serenity and beauty of a secret getaway. Quick Get Away

The property was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed, and was in the perfect location! We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and the beach. I hope to stay here again. The location was perfect for visiting my parents who live in Venice. Thank you Stanley for a great stay!

Short getaway

Great stay!

Owner was very thorough with description and instructions. Easy communication. Condo was clean and updated. So many amenities included. Property was clean and well kept. Just a short walk across the road to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and beautiful stay

More " extras" than I can list. I can't think of anything that wasn't there. More luxuries than I have at home. It was so peaceful, the weather was great and the shells were amazing. Thanks to Stanley for allowing me to stay in this great place!

Amazing Stay

The apartment was truly great; it is right across the street from the beach and has a pool. The apartment was very comfortable, with many cool features such as a mood light, Alexa, an oven with WiFi (although we didn't use it), an electric fireplace, a heated toilet seat, and many more. Our favorite was the powered bed with a very comfortable mattress! There was a huge balcony with a set of furniture for outdoor seating. It was very quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes away by foot from a few pubs and restaurants. All in all, we had a great experience and have already booked our next stay.

Nice short get away location

My husband and I were looking to get away for a few days and knew we loved the area-- we were very pleased to find this rental to be available at such an affordable price. We LOVED that we were so close to restaurants with daily live entertainment and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Oh and and it was awesome to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Thanks!

Condo is a perfect unit for a couple. Its clean and great location to Gulf, parks and restaurants.

Property manager is wonderful. No problems and quick response to my questions. The price was exactly the amount quoted with no hidden fees.

Lovely place

Recently remodeled. Great use of space and very modern conveniences. It really worked for us having the beach, pool and Sand Bar restaurant so close by. Also got to use the docks for fishing. Floors needed sweeping upon arrival, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather turned foul about 3 days into our 8 day stay so we left early. The manager comped us a couple days, so hopefully we'll get to return!

Condo was in great location with several resturants within walking distance. Nice and quite too.

Property was clean and updated. Check in was easy. Since we were on vacation we did not cook at the condo but we could have. Beach was just a walk across the street. Pool was nice. Property was clean and quiet. We spent every night on the dock out back relaxing and looking for sea life with the spot lights. Would stay here again. Nice if you want to go on vacation and not have to drive until your ready to go home.

Convenient and comfortable

It was a nice condo within walking distance of everything important in Manasota Key. Stanley was very friendly and easy to reach via text. There was Alexa inside that controlled the lights and music etc. which was pretty cool. The only slight negative was that soap and shampoo were not provided and only one roll of toilet paper. There is a circle k near by so not a big deal.

I ended my stay after just one night due to the lack of parking for boats and trailers

Went to Englewood to fish with my ten year old son had to end the weekend early due to no parking and being harassed by other property owners due to having the boat will never rent from this owner again

Above and Beyond Expectations

WOW !! This condo will spoil you the minute you walk in !! Full Alexa capabilities abound and the massive tv’s are incredible…not that you will watch them much because you are across the street from the beautiful gulf beach !! The bathroom was as high end as you can get from the heated seat to many other functions !! The pool at the unit was quite nice as well!!

Completely renovated!

Great completely updated condo. Beautifully finished. Bay is behind condo, a few steps, the Gulf in front, a 4 minute walk. Many pubs and restaurants within walking distance-- 3 to 10 minutes. Park the car. Only need it to get to the grocery store. Would book again in a minute!

Quiet and relaxing

The property is very quiet. The fishing off the docks was great, as was finding all the sharks' teeth on the beach. Put the kayaks in and went to the end of Stump Pass. Went passed a Manatee, dolphins and parked next to the flamingos. Perfect!

Perfect getaway!

Stanley’s place is great! We loved our short stay and had everything we needed! Perfect location close to restaurants and attractions. Pool and dock were great! Wish we could have stayed longer. Can’t wait until next year :)

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung in sehr hübscher Umgebung.

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Der schöne Strand ist unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Was wir genossen haben ist die schöne Tiki Bar die zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Just what you need!

Certainly not the fanciest place on the block, but it was a perfect location, had an updated kitchen, comfortable seating, monster TV, solid wifi and chillin' AC. Of note, when I asked Alexa to ...., as was recommended via notes everywhere, she responded that the task was not yet set up. Not a big deal, but surprising nonetheless.

I decided on this location because it's quiet and beautiful. Getting to the island and beaches is fast and easy. Lemon Bay is fantastic for boating and fishing. Very hard to find a Gulf to Bay location as ideal as this!!

It's peacful and beautiful, puts me in a relaxed zen like state. Walking to the Beach, Bay,or Restaurants is easy. We have an oudoor beach setting with Volleyball, Horse Shoes, a pier for boats and Florida's finest drinks and food, RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!
