This beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2400 sq ft home on the water of Lake Buchanan is waiting for you! The amazing thing about this home is you have the comforts of a spacious, professionally decorated home matched with all that Lake Buchanan has to offer. No matter what brings you to the Texas Hill Country, this home allows you to relax on the decks, eat some of the most amazing fish you catch in our deep water, jet ski/boat, float in the lake, explore the historic town of Burnet, Wineries or Spider Mountain! If you bring your boat, you can tie it onto our large dock. *
Features include updated kitchen, washer & dryer, hardwood floors, 2.5 bathrooms, STARLINK wifi , A/C, heat, and fireplace, huge upper deck and extended deck right at the water, new deck off queen bedroom downstairs, boat dock, artificial turf, new exterior paint, roof and windows, charcoal BBQ, library and games. We are a bit rural out here and on a well that has a UV water softener system. This home is in a neighborhood.
We have 2 kayaks and a couple life jackets for your use, horse shoe pit, and yard. Lake Buchanan is the largest of the chain lakes in the Austin area and the water levels fluctuate often.
** Holidays require longer minimum stays
We do have a video ring doorbell at the front door and a camera facing the lower driveway area

Perfect house on the water

This house is beautiful, a roomy place for us, our friends, and a few of our adult children! The 7 of us had plenty of space, beautiful views, and good water access. The boat is responsive if you have questions. A very nice place to stay, is is our 2nd year in a row to come here.

Another amazing trip!

Wonderful!

The house is great. So much room for our large family. Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We put our young adult boys downstairs and our daughters took the little twin bedroom, which worked out perfectly. The decor is very nice, the house is so comfortable, the outside areas fantastic. The view is stunning. Our family loved using the kayaks and fishing off the boat dock. We will definitely book again!

Another amazing getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing Lake House, and we will keep coming back! The hosts are amazing and very responsive. Everything at the house is so easy and it is a such a relaxing getaway. Since the last time we went they added a really awesome dock that has kayaks and their views at sunset are breathtaking. The house is very cozy and there are a lot of different areas to hang outside. We can't wait to get back!

Family Getaway

It was a great place to stay with plenty of room for our family and was clean. Love being able to wake up in the morning and have my coffee on the deck while enjoying the lake view.

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed this home on the lake. Loved being able to dock the boat and enjoy all aspects of the lake and being outside. This property has so many features that our family enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you again.

Great Stay

Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay! House was very clean and access to the water was excellent!!! We didn't kayak, but there were some available for use. The host was always quick to answer any questions and very accommodating! If you're looking for a relaxing weekend this is it! Hope to be back soon!!

Memorial Day

Beautiful property and house right in the water! Lots to do, kayak, horseshoes, swimming, and the view from the deck is lovely. Plenty of room for the 8 adults to eat in the kitchen or play games in the living room. We’ll be back next year!

Lovely Lake Weekend

We truly enjoyed this property. We visited with two other couples and the house had plenty of space and everyone was very comfortable. The views from the house are beautiful and fishing and tubing (while enjoying even better views) were great from the dock. I would highly recommend this home for a nice relaxing (and quiet) weekend getaway!

Eclipse getaway on Buchanan Lake

Magical! The decks were well used and offered beautiful views of the lake and eclipse. We also lucked out on the weather. Kayaking was lovely. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. There was some sort of ‘event’ at the dam with loud music all night- probably eclipse related. The house was well insulated so we didn’t hear the music from inside. I’d highly recommend this stay.

Christmas on the lake

Family Christmas on the lake was great! Plenty of room for everyone beautiful views able to utilize boat dock for our pontoon and fire pit for amores with the grandbabies! Ms Connie even set up a tree and Christmas decorations for us making it truly memorable vacation!!

The property and views are beyond amazing! The beds are so comfortable and the interior design was really nicely done. The landscaping and boat dock were great. The host went above and beyond stocking the home with everything you could possibly want. Thank you for a fun time in a beautiful location!

Wedding Weekend

Rented this house for my daughter’s nearby wedding. Nice house in a secluded area w a great view. House was very clean. Owner of property was easy to communicate with & was flexible for our needs. Overall good experience. Would recommend this house to others.

We Love This Property!

We had a lovely family getaway here for my sister in law and my birthdays this past weekend. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and will always look to return when wanting to visit the lake again! I recommend this property- especially if you bring your own kayaks! We had a great time fishing off the dock, kayaking, and enjoying all the views of the deck from many different points in house/on deck. I recommend without a doubt!

Spartan Race

Me and friends participated in the Spartan race and this house was the PERFECT spot to stay! Very convenient to course! Super nice house with great deck to rest and recover after race! Host was amazing with communication! We are already talking about entering race next year and hopefully this house will be available again!

This is a great home for multiple families, kids, and adults. It does have stairs so is not ideal for people who have trouble with them. It's in a nice quiet cove that's perfect for floating, swimming, boating, fishing and watching fabulous Texas sunsets! We've just finished remodeling most of the house, including a brand new kitchen so it's even better than before.
