You'll have birds, wild turkeys & deer at the back porch looking for a treat. Very quiet, peaceful, & friendly neighborhood. Very unique remodeled 3bdrm/2bath ranch style home with a large picture window with awesome panoramic views of the lake. Great for families needing some R&R, friends wanting to catch up, Winter Texans or tournament fishermen. Golf course & boat ramp within a few minutes drive away & a dock right out front to park your vessel. For entertainment, we offer a paddle boat, a washer & horseshoe pit for some family fun! You'll enjoy our home.Constant Level lake~ So we always have water!!!! =)

We loved our stay!

The home was as described and more! Very cozy with plenty of room. The location was great/convenient. We loved the sunsets fishing off the dock. Owners were accommodating and easy to contact. This was a last minute short get away. We would definitely stay again, for longer next time. I’d take a week of food and never leave!

Lovely, but needed cleaning

Beautiful waterfront property, accurate description, and met our needs. We enjoyed our time there, but we had to clean for about four hours when we arrived. It had been some time since anybody had been there.

Once again, FABULOUS !

This is our second time to stay at the house and this time was just as nice as the last. Deana is a first rate hostess. The house accommodates several people with all the amenities anyone could want in a lake house. We are looking forward to next year. Thank you again, Deana, for opening up your home.

Cool way to beat the heat!!

We stayed here for a week with 4 adults and 5 kids and had a wonderful time! The property is exactly as described, tastefully decorated, yet still kid friendly (not a lot of fragile items on display). Inks lake is perfect for tubing, water skiing, or just plain hanging out on! If you're tired, just chill at the house and let the kids enjoy the outdoors. Deana was very accommodating letting us know when the house was ready, and giving us extra time to leave. We have rented twice before on vrbo.com and this was our best experience so far!! Can't wait to come back!!

Well-appointed, beautiful grounds, fun in the Texas Hill Country sun!

Deana's house was just perfect for my group of adult friends and family members! The kitchen was spacious and perfectly equipped for cooking big meals for big eaters, and the patio areas were perfect for ducking out of the sun after time out on the private dock, swimming in the secluded inlet adjacent to the house. Deana was incredible helpful and and just an email or phone call away for any questions or guidance before our stay. We arrived to a spotless house and perfectly manicured lawn - just what we had imagined for the weekend away with friends. The listing photos don't do this property justice. It is truly a gem of a vacation rental. I would recommend this property without reservations to anyone!

A wonderful place

We had our family of 5 plus two boy friends stay for July 4th weekend and the house was perfect for the 7 of us. We took our boat and docked it on the owners dock behind the house about 100 yards. The two covered porch or deck areas were welcome stops in the cool of the morning and as the sun approached sunset in the evening. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was large enough for 7 to fit comfortably. I think this is a great place for a family get together whether you have a boat or not. The house is on a finger of the lake so floating in the lake is safe with little boat traffic. There were deer in the front yard each evening. Very peaceful for folks wanting to get away. We would gladly rebook a stay again.

Great Place to Have a Vacation!!!

My family and I had a great time while we stayed here and recommend it to everyone. First remarks as soon as we arrived, was, "wow, this is great!". Some family members said that the place was a lot better than they thought. It looks great on the pictures online, but in person, it's amazingly comfortable and relaxing. The house was clean and everything worked as it should. Besides the x2 covered patio areas, there were areas around the property to pull up a chair and relax under the trees. The living room and kitchen had enough room to sit all of us comfortably. Everyone had fun at the dock area. Whether swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, floating or just lying near the water, everyone was busy doing something and had a great time doing it. The deer and geese roaming the yard was a treat for the younger kids. The owner of the property was very quick in returning any questions I had during our stay. The house is basically set up perfectly for a vacation and we really appreciated that we didn't have any issues during our stay. All in all, we had such a great time that we will be returning to this location in the future. Great spot at the lake!

This property is fantastic. We enjoyed a very nice relaxing weekend. Located at the end of an inlet on Inks Lake, it is very quiet with beautiful scenery. The house is clean, comfortable and true to the pictures shown online. Deanna was a great host - very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this property for a great getaway to Highland Lakes area!!

Summer Getaway

I love the layout of the house! It was definitely set up for entertaining. There was a long back porch and a great side patio for sitting on in the morning. Deer came across the yard every morning. We walked across the granite at the back of the property. We enjoyed our time.

Thanksgiving at Inks Lake

Nice home on the lake with a pier. Good kitchen and living space. Lots of living room space and lots of space on both of the patios. Rooms were clean with nice beds.

Boating paradise

Perfect getaway from the heat with no crowds on the lake. Small lake but plenty big for all our fun. Dock deep enough to get our tritoon in and out. Water clear enough to see shallow rock areas. House very comfy with all the amenities. Our family loved it. Manager answered all questions and allowed out well behaved dogs to join us for a small fee. Thanks for everything!

A perfect lake house destination

We had so much fun here - it was perfect for our full family stay (children and adults). Lots to do. Huge yard. Made for relaxing. Close to the state park and larger lake area. Nowhere to dock a boat it seemed... but again, close to the lake! We highly recommend your stay here. Communication with owner was great, too.

Peaceful spring break

We had a lovely time at Deanna's property. The house is well-equipped, beds are very comfortable, and the weather was perfect. The view-- the lake, rock formations, and dock-- are stunning and so peaceful. Excellent bird watching-- ducks, geese, hawks, and one afternoon we saw a dozen white cranes flying in formation which was beautiful.

Excellent Labor Day Weekend!

We had a great time spending a few days here for Labor Day! The house had enough room to accommodate 10 people and a big backyard for activities. The place was clean and had everything we needed to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Spot!

We loved this home! The location was perfect for us. No boat traffic at all! We were able to kayak, paddle board and lounge on floats with no worries! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. The home had games for all ages, everything we needed in the kitchen as well. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed to enjoy family time!

Family Fun Vacay

Repeat customer. We love staying here. Best host ever! Deana is wonderful. Great communication. Lake is so much fun for our family, lots of swimming. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes to cook with. We loved sitting out on the porch every morning and evening. Match game and UNO with our littles at the table. Made ice cream sundaes every evening. We are already booked for next year. Thank I for a wonderful stay.
