We had a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach! The location is amazing, and the place was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The host was helpful, responsive, and made everything easy for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Panama City Beach. We would be happy to stay here again!

This was our favorite condo we have stayed at in PCB! The easiest booking and check in, great communication, super clean condo that was well stocked, comfy beds, and everything we needed for a very enjoyable trip! Will absolutely look to book this exact condo again!!

Room was not as nice as the listing. pieces of baseboard around the rooms missing, hair still in the shower, drain for the tub was crusty, stains on the pillows and blankets, crumbs in the couch cushions and recliner. The dishwasher smelled awful when I opened it to do dishes, and the keypad for the door wouldn’t work all the time it took over 5 minutes each time to get into our room because some of the numbers wouldn’t work every time.

Spring break 2021

We love coming to PCB for spring break. Sunrise Beach is a great resort. We loved our condo. It was so clean and decorated super nice!

Great location, great space!

We had a big group and wanted to stay all together rather than multiple hotel rooms and we found this nice unit available. We loved the layout of the space and it had a great view of the ocean. There were some great restaurants nearby like Sharkey's and Moe's across the street.

PCB2024

The condo was just as the pictures show. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were clean and the pool was also nice and clean. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Lovely experience

Great condo unit with plenty of space and comfort! The parking worked fine for our 2 cars. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again myself! Bunk bed room was pretty warm and bunk beds were loosey goosey.

Awesome condo!

The condo was very clean and spacious! The kitchen was so well stocked we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner with all the equipment needed. Drove 20 minutes away to a little gem called Hunt’s Oyster bar. Well worth the wait to get in. Fresh oyster and seafood and cheap! We recommend booking with RealJoy. great getaway!!

Relaxing Vacation

Amazing views. This property is amazing and we would stay here again. Nice pool, nice people, convenient parking. Had everything we needed including a Scrabble game. Felt like we were at home. The downside is the slow elevators, could have been a little cleaner (our feet were black from the floors), the door to the master was sticking, and few other things. Overall a great experience.

The condo was very spacious and well decorated. Loved the location.

The only problem we had was the sheets on the pull out couch and guest bed were not clean. We had to change them before sleeping on them.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. One of the tubs had a slow drain but I emailed the owner and Maintenance came out the next day to fix it. The biggest downside was only having 2 parking passes. We had family driving from out of state and needed two more passes but none were available to purchase. But aside from that everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Sweet

Condo is nice. Refrigerator side peice keep falling out but besides that is was a very nice place. Only bad thing is the pool doesn't open till 9am. Doesn't do any good if u want to get an early swim in.

Beautiful view.

Our stay was nice. The only downside to our stay was 1. It was bike week. The tent across the street was SO loud all day and most of the night. 2. The elevators were shut down at different times due to painting. We waited for an elevator for 20 min a few times. The plus sides: the view was amazing. It wasn't packed, and the staff was friendly.

Beautiful

The property was very nice and very spacious. The view was great. Loved the fact of having a covered parking deck!! Beach access was easy to get to and from. The property was very clean. The only small issue was having a 14 month old crawling around he would wind up with the tops of his feet and his knees black. Same with us if we walked around barefoot. I'm not sure what was causing this as the floors felt and looked clean. Overall we had a great time with family in this condo!! Would definitely book it again.

Great room, slow elevators!

The room was perfect and clean. Communication with the owners was awesome. Security at the pool was great. There were 2 nice size pools and 2 small hot tubs. The only real complaint we have is the elevators. My mom got stuck on the elevator for 20 mins along with 4 others. The firefighters had to come to get them out. The elevators were extremely slow and the wait was long. BUT again the condo itself was beautiful, clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean.
