Overall, we had a nice stay and really enjoyed the beautiful views and comfortable beds. The location is great, and there was plenty for our family to do.That said, there were a few disappointments, especially considering the price. The sliding glass door in the primary bedroom was broken and wouldn’t open, so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony from the room. We were also surprised that the condo wasn’t stocked with many basic necessities. We had to buy shower soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels, and even pool/beach towels, which we weren’t expecting. For the cost of the rental, it would have been nice if the basic essentials were provided. The property itself was extremely busy. There are only two elevators serving the entire building, and during peak times we waited 20–25 minutes just to get an elevator. Staggering check-in and check-out times might help reduce the congestion, especially since many elevators were filled with luggage carts. If you’re hoping to snag a front-row beach chair and umbrella, plan to be downstairs by around 7:30 a.m. The beach and pool areas fill up quickly, and the lazy river was often so crowded it felt bumper to bumper. One small improvement that would make a big difference for families would be adding a door to the bunk area. It would help kids settle down and sleep while the adults are still awake.Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our vacation and made wonderful memories. With a few improvements and better stocking of basics.
