Everything was great… but don’t forget your beach towels but if you do the surf shop a block away has reasonable ones it you don’t plan on a wal-mart or target run… but both are just a quick uber ride

This unit was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. It was in a great location, we were able to walk to 2 good restaurants, putt-putt gold/go karts, and donuts!

The condo is in a great location not far from Pier Park, if you like shopping. It was spacious and decorated very cute. Check in was easy and I like the feature of using car tags for parking passes.

We will definitely stay here again. Tim the host was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. View was amazing. The 4th of July fireworks were beautiful. It was an overall wonderful vacation. I highly recommend!

This was a great property and hosted our family of 6 comfortably. The views are amazing and there are several restaurants, shops, etc. nearby. All of the beds are on the firmer side, so keep that in mind, otherwise it is a great location and the host was very responsive. The garage takes some getting used to when navigating to your vehicle, as there are "half" floors, and use caution if you're pushing luggage carts down the ramps when loading or unloading your vehicle (ask my daughter!). We would definitely stay here again. Our trip was great!!

Beautiful beachy condo! The unit is well maintained and cared for as well as asthetically pleasing. Everything was clean and neat and the furniture was all nice. Parking was convenient being below the building. We parked right next to the boardwalk leading out to the beach, which made it convenient to grab our beach toys from the car each day rather than dragging them to and from the condo. Being right on the beach, the views from the condo are stunning. The rockers on the patio are comfy and the table and chairs out there made for a great place to enjoy a meal. Tim, the host, was super nice when I had a question. He called me quickly and was very friendly and helpful. The condo is close to Pier Park and so many restaurants. We also did the Pirate Voyage dinner show nearby one evening which was a lot of fun. This condo gets an A from us. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect condo for a multi generation vacation. The beds were all comfortable including the bunk beds.The view of the gorgeous water of the gulf is spectacular! We saw dolphins, loads of fish, pelicans frying in formation, and a sea turtle! There are two rental beach loungers plus an umbrella included with the condo rental, along with additional chairs and many sand toys in the condo, making time in the beach terrific. We would gladly come back!

Lovely Vacation Stay

Great room and views near the beach. The hosts were very easy to work with for check in and check out. Room was clean and ready when we got there, really no complaints other than we couldn’t stay any longer!

Great family stay

Perfect week had by all. The Ocean was angry during our vacay week but the condo’s pools and splash pad kept the kids in the water. Would recommend this listing and would stay again.

Great Place on the Beach

It's a wonderful property - right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We stayed with our four kids (ages 10-14), and it was perfect. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Mother’s Day getaway

Property is beautiful. My family and I enjoyed the amenities of the pool. For some reason the gym wasn’t open during the hours listed but other than that everything was great!

The condo is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell the owners take great pride in it. However, the cleaning service failed to put flat sheets on the bunkbeds and every bed in the condo had sand in it.
