Nice property

We loved the big, open floorplan. The pool was nice for afternoon relaxing. The neighborhood was great for walking. The only reasons we didn’t give this five stars is the master bedroom bedding needs to be replaced, and the kitchen was lacking a few essentials (especially a pizza cutter!).

Great location for families

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Very close to Walmart and several restaurants. Also close to a Publix. The house is only a few miles from the entrance of Disney, however generally 10-20 minutes from the actually entrances to each park depending on traffic. The pool was a great amenity. My daughter was in it everyday after we came home. Kitchen is stocked with most pots and pans for cooking needs. We did find a lot of glasses and plates that were still dirty in the cabinets, however. I would recommend throwing everything in the dishwasher upon arrival. Towels were provided for the bathrooms and pool. These could use an upgrade. Very well worn and older. If you are particular, I would recommend bringing your own. Owner was very responsive. A few lights were out in the kitchen, and the property manager fixed very quickly. All in all not a bad rental property for families. The house has everything you need, just could generally use some updating.

Great location!

Cozy little house, nice pool, decent set up. Really great communication and follow up. Definitely recommend renting. The only thing I would say is some softer pillows and upgraded beds would be a nice addition to a great property.

Excellent stay!

Cozy vacation home for our 3-day business trip - perfect layout -absolutely clean and well kept - well stocked kitchen and linens. Good communication with the owner. The clubhouse was a HUGE plus amongst a safe and manicured neighborhood. The staff at the clubhouse was so nice and welcoming. Will definitely keep this property in mind when staying in Orlando again. Thank you for caring for your home and your guests.

Fun place for teens

I stayed with our 2 daughters and 3 teen grandchildren. Everyone really enjoyed coming home from the parks and hopping in the pool. We also played in the game room as a family. The only problem was the bed in the twin room and the one inn the queen room my grown daughter said was too hard. Game room light was to dim. Cleaning requirements where a little outrageous more then any place we have stayed before.

Cleaning

I was a little taken aback by all the rules of cleaning especially when we pay for cleaning fee. I understand people ruin it for others and I have stayed at many vrbo s and had to clean but this was a little more. Otherwise loved that it was in a gated community and house was nice

Amazing Stay!

Lovely home - close to everything! Beautiful well-maintained property in a well-manicured resort. We felt very safe knowing there was security at the entrance to this gated community. Roomy home, comfortable beds, perfect pool, well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a two-month stay. The owner was a delight to deal with. The only downside? We left it too late to reserve for next year and the property is already booked! We will most certainly return!

Perfect Week

My second time staying at this property, and not my last! Wonderfully furnished, very clean and updated. Everyone had a wonderful time. The pool was a perfect way to relax and unwind. The owner's communication was very prompt, which made things even easier. Would highly recommend!

Very impressed with the location and overall Villa. Property Management company were excellent we were delayed by Tropical Storm Nicole so we lost one day of our holiday when we arrived at the Villa there was damage done to the bug screen covering the pool and foliage debris in the pool. I emailed Graham and Rana and they replied almost immediately and by the time we returned that evening it was fixed and the pool was cleaned out! now tha's 5 star Sevice !!!

The house was convenient to Disney World, grocery, and dining. We were able to have comfortably 7 adults stay. The pool was refreshing after long days walking around. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which helped calm our minds after spending the day with crowds.

Amazing Stay

Everything about our stay was great. There was one small issue, that was quickly remedied and didn't affect any of our stay. The only thing I would change was the bed covers. They had this weird design on them that made them feel a little bit scratchy. Other than that everything was absolutely amazing. The clubhouse was great, my daughter enjoyed the movie theater, and the pool was perfect for the size of the house. Would definitely book here again in the future.

Great villa in a quiet location

Lovely, clean villa in a great location. Ideal for Disney World and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The resort is secure, well-kept and quiet. The villa itself was exactly as described. The owner sent us directions and instructions for check in that were easy to follow. I reached out to him a couple of times (no major issues, just questions) and received a quick, friendly reply. Would recommend.
