New Mickey Mouse pool, New carpet, LG High Ice capacity French door refrigerator, and Maytag high capacity washer/dryer set just installed. The perfect place to relax while the kids explore the magic of Castle Disney. The awesome Princess, Pirate, and Superhero kids' rooms, as well as our air-conditioned game room will be sure to thrill kids of all ages. The Game room's stand up full size arcade which features 75 different games, along with a full size pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, Step2 Kitchen, dollhouse, PlayStation 3 and 2, make this the perfect area to entertain. All the adult bedrooms are appointed with top-of-the line mattresses and bedding. There are 9 TV's in the home including the big screen in the family room.
There is a screened-in patio with a, Dining Table, Lounge Chairs, and a Pool with a Hot Tub(Spa). The pool also has a privacy hedge. Pool/Hot Tub heat can be provided at $50 for your stay.
We also have several strollers, 3 pack-n-play, a crib, a High-Chair, and a booster seat.

The whole property is great! From the beautiful home, pool to the community pool and water slides! The location is a perfect distance from the parks!Our grandchildren were so excited to stay in a pirate and princess bedroom with dress up clothes and treasure chests! The game room provided entertainment for all! Even we older folks loved playing the arcade games! The house has everything needed and the host was very responsive to questions both before and during our visit. We had a fantastic 3 generation vacation!

We had a great time! Kids enjoyed the game room and pool. Having a teen with a disability- the alarm on the back door was very helpful.The property was super, easy access in and out of the community, and very accessible to walmart and Disney. The host always answered any and all questions or concerns within just a few minutes. We couldn't have ask for a better place.

The photos don’t do this villa justice. We had an amazing stay there for two weeks, throughly enjoyed the pool and Windsor hill’s facilities. The location is spot on, just off W Irlo Bronson Hwy it’s close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and 15 mins from Disney. We frequently left the parks and went back to the villa then returned in the evenings because it is so close. I cannot recommend this property enough, you won’t be disappointed.

Great location and near Walmart and groceries. Easy access to walt disney and universal. Coming from the northeast it was warm in the house due to requirements by host for a/c. Bring or buy fan if you are not a cold person. We bought fans at Walmart. Host and property manager were great to work with!!!!! Pool was a success for the children as well as the toy room and princess room.

Everything about this property was just as it was advertised and much more! It is such a wonderful place for a family. The kids loved the bedrooms, the toys, the garage game room and the pool so much! When they were at the property, we had to beg them to stop playing and eat. The pool is VERY safe and secure. Everything that we needed for children was there...stroller, crib, high chair ect. We felt very safe and secure. We walked to the community park and the kids had a great time. Everything you need from a store is 5 mins away. Perfect location. It took us 15 mins to get to DisneyWorld properties and about 25 mins to Universal Studios. We had an amazing, wonderful week staying at this beautiful property. I highly recommend it.

We loved this home. The location was fantastic, it was quiet and secluded while being very close to everything. The size of the house was perfect for the 5 of us; even too big since we had 2 bedrooms we didn’t use. Two master bedrooms was wonderful though. The kids enjoyed the game room as did the adults. The pool and spa were wonderful and we spent time every day out there. We went to the clubhouse only once. Nice that they have it, but the kids preferred pool at the house. The owner was extremely responsive. We would rent again. The listing is accurate. We never had an issue entering or exiting the gate quickly. You won’t regret renting this home.

The house was Great and the grandkids loved the pool and hottub( spend the extra 50 to heat pool, we'll worth it ).. It was good the house supplied the essentials .. There was a few issues, the Dining chairs need to be replaced not comfortable at all. The dispenser for laundry soap didn't work, not sure how long the Softner was in dispenser it was alittle gross .

This was our second time at this exact house. We loved it so much we came back. So close to the parks. A Walmart down the street. Gated community and activities to do at the community water park/pool. We love that we also get our own private pool and hot tub with booking a house.

Great property and owners!

Property was very clean, warm and home like. The owner was amazing and responsive! Our volleyball team had a great time and we would definitely recommend this property. So much better than a hotel!

The best of Kissimmee VRBOs for us so far. Wonderfully located and appointed for our whole family. The beds were so great that we actually ordered an identical mattress after we returned home. Home and pool were very well maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, security staff were super friendly, amenities center\water park was wonderful and the staff there were all great as well. This one is at the top of our favorites list and we visit the area couple times of year on average.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Many properties have games rooms with pool tables and air hockey, but ours also has the full size 75 game stand-up arcade along with tons of stuff for the little kids. These include a doll house, princess dresses and superhero costumes and tons of fun toys for infants on up. We haven't seen many other houses that really have fun stuff to keep the little ones busy while the adults recover from a day at the parks.
We also wanted a place that was much nicer then ours at home, so we went all out with a professional decorator who insisted on very high end furnishings and Disney themed rooms and a fully equipped games room. She even insisted that we re-engineer the Air Conditioning and provide additional insulation so that the game room would be nice and cool.
