Nice property for a little privacy.
I love the roommate floor plan and private outdoor area. Spacious and nice decor. I will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation
Second time here, the neighborhood is quaint and friendly. Lots to do around town. Pool is a blessing after a long day at the beach.

Best kept secret
We were able to get this last minute. The place was cleaner than clean, great ac, and a fantastic private covered patio and back yard. Super easy check in and out. Loved our stay and will do it again.

Everything was great. My only complaints are that the living room couch was unusable. No one could sit on it, including kids because it would go lopsided. Additionally, the entry code wasn’t shared until after 5pm when check in is at 4pm. Not too big a deal since it was only an hour difference but if you’re expecting prompt check out, then I expect the same for check in. Everything else was great. It was clean, a good location, and very comfy beds. Would stay again as long as couch is replaced.

We appreciate you pointing out the issue with the couch and will be sure to pass that along so it can be addressed. Our goal is always to keep our homes comfortable and guest-ready.
Regarding check-in, it begins at 4:00 p.m., and while it’s not guaranteed exactly at that time, we do everything we can to get our guests into their vacation as soon as possible. Occasionally small delays can happen as we make sure everything is cleaned and ready for the next arrival.

Great location and access to the beach and restaurants
We enjoyed our time at this location. It was a short distance from the beach and great restaurants. The community pool was fun for the entire family. Communication with the property management company was great. The furniture could use an upgrade.

Great house for beach trip
This is a really cute house! Since it has two rollaway beds our family of 6 was very comfortable. Close to everything. Pool isn’t amazing but we used the beach only anyway!

Great July 4th getaway
Convenient location; close to beaches and restaurants. Beautiful, clean cottage with plenty of space for 8. Box fans and rollout beds were a nice surprise. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Mgmt was very quick to respond to questions or concerns. No issues during our stay.

Great Experience
We were very pleased with our stay and the listing was just as described. The house was very clean with a great layout. It was nice having your own courtyard area and access to the swimming pool. The location was in a quite neighborhood and a 5-10 minute drive to most everything you need. I would highly recommend this for a rental.

We have stayed at this complex twice now (different units), they were both very nice, clean, well appointed. The communication from property management is also very good. The complex is only a 5 min. Drive to the beach, and walking distance to an ice cream shop, donut shop, coffee shop, and CVS

2023 Short Vacay
Upon entering the property it appeared cleaned and cozy. It was definitely very gave off a relaxing experience. The pool access was not right outside of the property as it gave off to be but it was just a short walk away from the rental property. I'd definitely use again.

Almost perfect
It is a really pretty confortable house, just please check your patio chairs because my wife fell on a broken chair she got really hurt if it was a elderly person it could have been fatal

The cabana was clean. The room temp was very warm when entering. An ac tech needed to be called by customer service to review the thermostat and get compressor to start. Beds could use an upgrade. Our bed was very low to the floor.
