The Condo is located 1.1 miles from the beach and offers a beautiful, canal view from the back deck with a boat slip ready for your use!
Inside on the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and a dining space. A bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom upstairs offers twin bunk beds and a queen bed.

We booked this rental for our first family trip and we couldn’t have been happier. The property was clean, beds were comfortable and the living space was perfect after a day out at the beach. We plan on coming back next year!

Great stay with family.

Loved this property! Location was great, close to the beach and many restaurants. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Loved that we could use the boat slip.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights . We have stayed in many different places here but the first time for this condo . The pros include good communication , very responsive . In addition it was very quiet! well until Friday night when we had neighbors who were not quiet . The place is well , kinda worn looking with unfortunate sliding glass doors that are so hard to open and opaque from coastal moisture ? Dampens the feel of the place. Everything else was fine.

Over all stay was great all the family slept comfortably. Up stairs rooms were a bit hot for the summer time but that's normal for summer weather. would suggest taking a fan next time. Very pet friendly our fur babies enjoyed the stay. The whole family caught multiple fishes on the back deck. Was also allowed to bbq so that helped with dinners. Location was also very convenient only a 5 min drive to beach access. Only 2 reasons why we didn't give 5 stars, 1- I wish there was more parking room for a place that advertised sleeping 8 people. 2, sliding door are very hard to open and close. The main one to the back deck and the up stairs bathroom sliding door.

We stayed here for 8 days and had a wonderful time. As a family of 7, this place was perfect especially being so close to the beach, having a deck and enough beds. The kids were comfy in the bunk beds and having the queen fit in that same room, it was still very spacious for 4 of them. The condo was very cozy, clean and true to its listing description. The master bedroom was clean, comfortable and with access to a small outdoor balcony. The only slight hinder was the morning sun as the curtains were on the thinner side but it wasn’t a deal breaker, more of a personal sleeping preference. Our host was on top of things when we got there and came after texting to deliver a propane tank as one was needed for us to grill. Very polite and friendly, even prior to the trip she was responsive to our questions immediately. Plenty of bath towels provided, if staying longer bring extra personal toiletries such as shampoo etc, the normal things you would need. The kids had fun fishing over the deck and watching the little fish jump. Enough chairs to all sit outside and enjoy the evenings together. The sliding door to the patio was a little hard to open, same with the upstairs master bathroom door. Things I expected reading the other reviews and was informed by our host. Our 8 year old needed help on it but everyone else was fine. We would definitely stay here again.
