It’s island time at this cozy beach cottage! This kid and pet-friendly hidden treasure has everything your family needs for a relaxing, sun-kissed getaway.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome features a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating for family meals. The kitchen includes dishes, cookware, a Keurig, and child-friendly plastic dinnerware. The spacious living area is perfect for board games or movies on the large-screen TV, and "snowbirds" can enjoy the warmth of a fireplace at the flick of a switch.
The primary bedroom boasts a King-size bed with a large en-suite shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, and both rooms include Smart TVs and lavish linens. For extra guests, a playpen and a twin-size rollaway bed are available with extra bedding provided. The second bathroom includes a full bathtub for a relaxing evening.​ Fluffy towels provided.
Step outside to catch a salty breeze on the large​,​private enclosed patio.​ Or enjoy a dip in the pool, now heated in the cooler months. You will be minutes away from the beach, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and the Island Market.
Please note the following policies:
- Pets: We are dog-friendly for up to two dogs (40 lbs and under). A pet fee of $100 for the first dog and $50 for the second will be included in the reservation. Please inquire before booking if traveling with pets. No cats are permitted.
- Smoking: This is a non-smoking property.

Great stay! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was easy, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay. Condo is super cute and it was extremely quiet. Had everything we needed and loved the outdoor shower and the covered patio area. We will be back :).

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described and had everything that we expected and then some. We also loved the fenced in area between the buildings that had a nice breeze. We can't wait to go back!

Birthday Getaway

This was a perfect spot for a surprise birthday getaway. The cottage was clean and allowed us a nice and comfortable respite after visiting the beach and being outside all day. Highly recommend!

The perfect place on North Padre Island. We are returning guests and have always found the unit to be clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. The cabana doesn't share any walls with other units so it is very quiet. There are two adjacent parking stalls assigned to the unit which makes parking easy. The unit always spotlessly clean and very well equipped. And the host is friendly and very responsive.

Perfect location. We’ve stayed in this complex, different unit, many times, it is the perfect midway point between Corpus and the North Padre beaches… 10 minutes to the National Sea Shore… 15 minutes to Port Aransas. This unit was by far our favorite. Very clean, comfortable bed, stocked with every thing you could possibly need. Host responded in minutes to questions. Came down this trip to see our daughter and the Islanders win the Southland Conference Beach Volleyball Tournament. Will definitely be back next season if the unit is available.

The house was clean, well prepared and stocked with things such as laundry detergent and dish soap. The outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise and we used it many times throughout our stay. We only had to drive 10 minutes to get to the nearest beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay. The communication with the owners was very easy. They responded in a timely manner. The pool was a little smaller than expected but it was clean and not that many people used it.Would definitely stay there again!!
