Imagine yourself, surrounded by friends and family, enjoying a sunrise or sunset from our large, private wrap around beachfront balcony. Watch the dolphins play in the emerald waters of the Gulf of America, enjoy a glass of wine, read a book, or just do nothing at all. Relax - you're on vacation!
Our 12th floor east corner unit at Phoenix III has new paint and tile throughout. It is very spacious and has breathtaking gulf front views from the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The master has a king bed and its own bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans and TVs are in each bedroom and in the living room. The unit is fully equipped, including washer and dryer.
The building has everything to ensure that you have a memorable vacation: indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tubs, saunas, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, indoor racquetball courts and an exercise room. There are 2 elevators and ample carts and buggies to use for loading and unloading. The complex is a no smoking building.
Parking passes must be purchased by guest ($65/car per stay). 2 cars maximum are allowed per unit. No exceptions.

Room was clean, ocean view from the balcony had amazing views of the ocean! Host was amazing and gave us tips on where to see the Blue Angels!!

We had a great time in Phoenix 3. Everything was just like the pictures. Comfy beds and nice sized pool! The gulf weather was hot and perfect. Mary was fabulous with answering any questions I had and sent us info on things to do. Would highly recommend!

my family loved everything about this property, everything was clean and all of the beds were comfortable, the balcony furniture was great and the views were amazing, we had coffee every morning and watched the dolphin's play. the kitchen was adequate but could use a little more lighting.

We love staying at the Phoenix condos because you get so many amenities included! This condo was spacious and was nice to have the open living room for toddlers to play in. Also - the twin bedrooms can fit 2 pack and plays in there if that helps anyone lol. Some minor issues with electrical outlets not working but Mary was very responsive to any of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was fantastic with a beautiful view. Unfortunately there was construction we were not informed of. Every day 8 to 6 was extremely loud grinding and metallic noises. No way to stay comfortably inside the condo. No napping or sleeping late for sure. Our pool was empty until the day we left. Our TV and phone were out the entire time. Communication with the desk was a real joke. Owner of condo did respond however it would have been nice to know about construction beforehand.

We work hard and deserve to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. When something interferes with that, you should be upset and expect a remedy. I pride myself on customer service and response time to make sure that happens for all of my guests. When I am informed of a problem, I react immediately. To assure easy access to me, I provide my cell number and email address to every guest. I cannot resolve a problem I’m not made aware of.

Beach Vacation
We enjoyed our week of staying on the beach. Very nice to wake up and enjoy the beach views.

Amazing views and easy access to the beach ! Very clean and beautiful! Host was amazing with response time if I had a question. Would definitely recommend this condo and the host !

The condo was clean, the view was GREAT. It is getting close to time for a paint touch up, but otherwise, it is great!
