We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The condo was clean and very nice- we loved it! Chad was always very responsive and so great to rent from. We brought our boat and the docks were nice, especially convenient having a boat ramp on site. Counting down until we can go back and stay here!

We absolutely loved our stay. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the main living space was excellent for conversation. Having a view of our boat in the slip at all times made us feel safe, and we were close to great places to go and far enough away to feel secluded. We would definitely come back. The house rules were easy to follow. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this condo with 2 other couples. We traveled by boat from Panama City, Florida, and had no issues parking at the dock. We had arranged it prior. This is a no wake zone so that was nice to pull in and not have to worry about the boat except for tides. We also enjoyed the balcony and watching the “boat parades”. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We will stay again!

Great Condo

The condo was very clean and roomy, right across the street from the beach, giving you just a short walk. The back patio gives you a nice view of the bay.

Great Location and property!

The condo was updated and as advertised. Great location ...close to everything by water or by land! The owner was great to deal with and helpful getting parking/boat passes. Will stay here again for sure.

It was a wonderful condo, owner was responsive and gracious when I called with a couple of questions. Only thing that could be better was the parking pass situation, you can only do 7 days at a time and if you're staying more than that you have to reapply for another pass and there is another charge.

Location was perfect

The condo unit was located in a perfect spot in the condo, the location was perfect with access to the beach and the back bay, the owners could not have been more accommodating and we all had a wonderful time with plenty of places to lay our tired heads after a day of fun.

Perfect Location

Great rental, easy access to beach. Extremely clean and nicely furnished condo. Great balcony for sunset, corner unit. Would absolutely stay there again. Owners are very accommodating.

I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Lynn is a great guest. She unfortunately had to deal with our boat docks FINALLY being rebuilt from the hurricane and our condo association NOT notifying owners when this was going to happen so we could notify upcoming guests. There was some noise on the water Lynn's group had to deal with and we so much appreciate them understanding. I hope to have them back again when we are finally done with hurricane repairs in a couple months. The good news is we will have a brand new marina with nice boat slips very soon!

great place

This condo was a pleasant place to stay on our vacation. It has a great view of the ocean and the back canal. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was an enjoyable place to sit. We will stay here again. We did a lot of cooking and enjoyed having a grill on the patio and kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was easy to work with and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Family Vacation
