We have a clean well maintained home
There are 2 bedrooms, both Queen size beds, and 1 full bathroom available to you.
You will not be sharing the home with other renters. You get the house to yourself.

There is a Full Kitchen with everything you need to prepare and eat.
There is a gas BBQ Grill out in the backyard.

The kitchen is great for 2 people to eat in.
There is a dining area with seating for 6 people.

The backyard has a large covered patio with a dining table for 6 people.
Most guests enjoy our normally great weather and eat on the patio. It is a Wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Our home is in a outstanding location with quick access to local sports/concert venues & shopping.

The NFL Stadium is less than 15 minutes away now called State Farm Stadium.
Next to that is Desert Diamond Arena.
Next to that is Shopping, Dinning & Entertainment called Westgate.
And less than a mile from all that is Desert Diamond Casino new in 2020.
There are shuttles between Westgate and the Casino.

Also nearby, 10 minutes away, is Arrowhead. It's the location of
one of the Spring Training Facilities and a full Indoor mall and surrounding Retailers and Restaurants.

There is a Planet Fitness in short walking distance from the house along with some great local restaurants.

Sky Harbor airport Is normally 30 minutes away.(depending on Traffic)

Here for mlb spring training

We rented this place to come see some baseball games. It was close to the fields and many other things like stores and amenities. It was perfect for what we needed.

About the shoes

We didn’t have enough shower towels we didn’t have enough propane to grill the weekend not enough toilet paper you had to take your shoes off before you enter the house

Spring training break

The house was very clean and fit all our needs. Close to shopping and freeway's yet neighborhood was very quiet for sleeping. Would have no problem staying again.

Good location

Vern and Judith very nice,met us there and showed us around. Washer and dryer was great,just ran to store and got laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Only other thing we only had 3 bath towels and 1 kitchen towel as far as I could see. Shower was great and beds were very comfortable, slept great! It was a nice stay. Thanks

Great Location-Beautiful Home

Very gracious hosts who clearly care about the comfort of their guests. They went above and beyond by greeting us at an appointed time to familiarize us with the home and the area. The home was beautiful and met our needs during our stay in the Phoenix area. Hope to return someday.

SPRING TRAINING STAY

this was my first vrbo and nothing went as easy as this did. owners were very nice and easy to deal with all my questions for my first vrbo. house is beautiful in a very nice neighborhood. i go out to arizona every year for spring training and i enjoy the west valley area. i will be contacting this owner again for another stay. highly recommended.

Peoria - 7612 Comet House

Pride of ownership was obvious with this rental. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very comfortable and located close to everything that we wanted to see. Judith went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and show us how to operate everything. If anything was lacking, it would be lounge chairs for the back yard.

Perfect for us.

This is a great location when wanting to experience Phoenix and the west side communities. The house is clean and the neighborhood quiet. The owners are always available and greet you with a complete walk through of the house, which is spacious with a great outside patio. Close to groceries and restaurants.

Basic but comfortable

Perfect location if you are coming for baseball spring training. Judit and Vern were very welcoming. Bedrooms and bathroom are very small. Queen bed was comfortable and the living room TV was excellent… had Netflix… A nice stay!

Peoria 2022

This is our first time staying in this area that is the reason for the 3 star rating for location and neighborhood. The owner was very kind and helpful when she answered any questions we had when she gave us a tour of the house. For anyone wanting to be in the Peoria area I would recommend this house.

Perfect for State Farm Stadium event

This house is clean and comfortable. The owner is friendly and helpful. Be aware that you will be on camera whenever in the front yard or the back porch. Not a huge deal, but a little uncomfortable at some times. Perfect place to stay for State Farm Stadium events.

Weekend Escape

The accommodations were what we saw in the pictures. There wasn’t a surprise when we arrived. Judit met us and walked us thru the house upon check in, and explained a few things that other renters had trouble with. Everything was clean and in place. Kitchen was well stocked if looking to cook. All appliances were in good shape. Furniture was comfortable and in good shape as well. All in all a great deal for the $.
