This Grandview East penthouse ranks with the best PCB has to offer. The unit is luxurious and accommodating with 2 master suites, and 2 more spacious bedrooms, 3.5 baths, spacious living room and kitchen, a large balcony, sauna, and master sitting room. A set of beach chairs included!

Complete with fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Perfect for your family vacation or special event. Stay in this unit to maximize your experience.

We have an easy check out process as well. We only ask you leave the blue parking pass inside the unit, empty the fridge, take out your trash, and load and start the dishwasher.

Amazing view!

We loved our stay here! It was in walking distance to many great restaurants. The view from the balcony was amazing. Great time spent with family!

Beautiful home on the beach.

The pool was great forbthe kids and had plenty of shade. The beach was never really too busy to enjoy. Overall the stay was a great memory to add to the books.

Perfect location and Size!

We had a great time staying here. The view is amazing and the place is well kept. I do have to say the tv setup in the living room needs to be reworked. Nothing is really working for that tv. I will say is a tv needed with this view, no but it is March madness so. Anyway, amazing place, management, and location.

Top notch Penthouse

Everything about this unit was Top notch . Well excpet the HVAC omg is bad . one side worked great , however those that stay in the oversized , best you ever scene , HUGE HUGE HUGE primary suite . the system is unbalanced causeing les than desireble climent control . That being said I can say enough how SPECTICULARE thi unit is .

Breathtaking Beauty!

This rental is amazing and very beautiful. The pictures are very accurate. We had 9 women stay here and there was more than enough room for us. There were 3 showers and the only complaint was lack of better water pressure. The only other complaint, which isnt that bad either, was there is multiple remotes for all the tvs and no instructions on how to use them. I have multiple remotes and my tv is definitely not that complicated. We had a great time and enjoyed this rental a lot. Im not sure if it is worth the price but the views were great and so was the penthouse.

Not worth the price

There were a few great things about our stay – the view was beautiful, the space was great and it was in a good location. However, the unit wasn’t worth the price. It was dirty (sand in the shower, band aid on the wall, food under the bed, dirty sponges under the sink, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, etc.) and hadn’t been maintained throughout the season (AC didn’t work well, faucets didn’t work, sinks didn’t drain etc.) Although the property manager was friendly, there was no attempt made to correct any of our concerns. Additionally, the unit didn’t include a single bar of soap, no hand soap in the bathrooms, no dishwashing soap or dishwasher soap – nothing. When it says it provides one roll of TP and one roll of paper towels, that is what they mean.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed our location and view. While I’m disappointed to hear this guest didn’t feel the unit met her expectations, I’d like to clarify a few things for future guests reading this. I personally walked the unit thoroughly before her check-in to ensure it was clean and ready for her stay. I am the person who left a small bag of dishwasher soap tabs under the sink next to the clean sponges for her use. The majority of concerns raised during her visit were maintenance-related. Some claims, like holes in the wall, were not 100% accurate; the walls had recently been drywalled, but we hadn’t had time to paint over them before her arrival. I explained this to her on her second day with us. She also mentioned a fridge drawer being broken. The replacement drawer has not yet arrived. I explained this to her as well. She received a significant last-minute discount, so I’m sorry to hear she felt the stay wasn’t worth the money. I did my best to accommodate her, including reaching out in advance to offer early check-in, which she declined. When she arrived early anyway, I still made arrangements to grant her access, even though I wasn’t on-site at the time. When the AC issue was brought to my attention in the late afternoon, I immediately contacted a repair service. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment available was the next morning. Other concerns, such as faucets not working or sinks not draining, were never mentioned during her stay. If they had been, I would have promptly contacted maintenance. Likewise, had she informed me of food under the beds, I would have gladly sent another cleaner to re-clean the unit. As clearly stated in the listing, we provide four rolls of toilet paper (one per bathroom), paper towels, and dishwasher soap tabs. As a vacation rental, not a hotel, we do not provide personal toiletries like hand soap or shampoo or additional toilet paper rolls and such. I am always very responsive and try to ensure a smooth, comfortable stay. I’m sorry this guest didn’t feel that was reflected in her experience.

Extremely disappointed especially for the high price we paid for this penthouse. Our expectations were high based on the online pictures, but the condo had many maintenance issues that need to be addressed that weren’t in the pictures: torn down curtain in the master bathroom - exposed drywall all along the upper window frame where the curtain was previously mounted (the curtain was in the closet), leaves in the master bedroom suite heating/cooling vents as well in the sitting area heating/cooling vent, master bedroom suite #2 bathroom has two areas that were patched but never painted: water closet door - 8”x8” approximately, 4”x6” wall patch where the previous toilet paper holder was mounted, several large carpet stains and water damaged floor molding in the master bedroom suite #2, toaster crumbs on top of the toaster, food debris on the refrigerator handle, refrigerator shelves were dirty, a piece of old toast in the bottom of the kitchen garbage can underneath the bag, several light bulbs burnt out or missing, kitchen chairs and sofa have several worn off areas that weren’t evident in the online photos.The cleaning crew definitely is not doing a good job.

Family Trip

Overall the condo was gorgeous with an amazing view but if you’re a TV person, want to watch TV in all rooms, like the Smart TV option and have more than 2 vehicles traveling with you, you’ll be disappointed. TV’s and remote issues were never resolved which was a tad bit of an inconvenience. It was at least 10 remotes in a tray in the living room and none of them were labeled. The living room TV remote wouldn’t change the channel or turn the volume up or down, the sitting room next to the living room the TV wouldn’t work at all, the second bedroom didn’t have a remote and it was mounted on the wall, and the TV in the bedroom that walks out to the balcony was a Smart TV but it wouldn’t connect to the internet. When I mentioned these things to the owner he told me maintenance would come when they could and that he didn’t advertise Smart TV’s so I assumed that’s why he didn’t care if they worked. When maintenance did come which was our 2nd day around lunch time, he was unable to resolve all the TV and remote issues and another maintenance person came and still no resolution other than getting the channels to change in the living room. When this was mentioned to the owner he told me that maintenance said they weren’t allowed in all rooms to fix all the issues because we were getting dressed which was not true. Everyone was dressed and was either in the living room or on the balcony. When I told the owner that maintenance lied because all rooms were available to him to fix whate

Throughout her stay, the guest communicated exclusively with me as the rental manager and did not engage with the owner. Despite our efforts to accommodate her with early check-in, an additional parking pass, and TV issues, she consistently disregarded provided information and lodged numerous complaints. Before her arrival, she complained about the check-in time, which was clearly stated in the property description, and despite offering a two-hour early check-in, she arrived later than regular check-in time. She also failed to read the access codes provided before arrival, resulting in multiple urgent messages and calls demanding the information that had already been sent. Regarding parking, she did not inform us of her need for a 3rd pass until the evening of her arrival, but I managed to get pass approval within 90 minutes. Despite this prompt action, she expressed dissatisfaction with the delay and cost. Late at night during her stay, she contacted me multiple times within a short period, complaining about TV functionality. The next day, the General Rental Manager attempted to assist, but due to guests changing for dinner, he could not access all TVs. He is a manager with our rental company and has no reason to lie, so I’m not sure what the disconnect is here. Upon checkout, she disregarded all 3 of our checkout instructions: leaving the blue parking pass, emptying the fridge, and taking out the trash, which added to the challenges of her stay.

Stunning Penthouse Views

My family and I had an amazing four day stay here. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo, the amazing views and overall atmosphere of this location. The Condo does need a few maintenance updates. But, this is by far one of the best rental in the area. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend others staying here! Amazing time!!

Great place! Would definitely recommend

Spacious - plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. Great views of the beach sunrises and sunsets. Massive outdoor patio with shade and tables. Easy access to beach. Incredible white sand and clear water. It’s close to many other amenities for adults and kids. Walmart, many restaurants and kids entertainment complex within a couple miles. Kids used boards to body surf everyday and had a blast. We were able to walk to breakfast and shop nearby. We grilled fresh caught fish on the property grills which overlook the water too. A++! Great communication with owners who went out of there way to make sure we had a great trip. Everything was well organized for check in and place was very clean. Thank you!! Chris

Beautiful Condo, Great Space, Well Maintained

This is an amazing place! When you rent somewhere for vacation you always hope the pictures are what it is and this was! We had 10 of us. My wife and I, our four teenagers and two of their friends and my parents. Plenty of space for all of us, and a great layout so you don’t feel crowded but still can hang out as a family. The balcony was enjoyed by everyone! So big and wonderful views! The check-in process was simple, and accurate, and the property manager was very easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful. Our unit was spotless and the building itself was well taken care of. We always saw people working and cleaning. We had an amazing stay, it is high on our list of our favorites and I recommend it for anyone.

Enjoyed staying in the penthouse, it was very nice our view of the beach was beautiful!

Great condo!!

Property and management were fantastic! We had plenty of room for 2 adults, 5 teenagers and a 10 year old. The condo is well maintained and we had no issue with TV operation (as posted previously). Previous comments about the lack of a door lock became a real concern for us as well especially on Friday and Saturday nights when it can become a bit wild outside on the main road. Note there are 12 bath towels and no beach towels. We bought 10 beach towels the 1st day, and later asked management to bring extra and this was no problem. If we ever decide to return to Panama City Beach we will certainly stay here again!

Awesome Condo

This Condo is awesome only issue is the tv’s are hard to work. Maybe add instructions on how to operate the TVs in the living room area.
