This stylish ground floor, 3-bedroom villa will provide the perfect location for your rejuvenating retreat. The property has undergone a recent renovation, designed with a modern tropical vibe. Please Note: The Palm Villas pool will be closed for repairs on May 4th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Fortunately, there are many other great swimming spots on the island for you to enjoy.

Additionally, the Palm Villas pool is scheduled for a longer-term repair requiring a full month of closure. The HOA is currently planning this work to take place sometime between mid-September and the end of October 2025. We will share updates as soon as we receive confirmation on the exact dates.

Palm Villas is a small, private, luxury gated community in the heart of Mauna Lani. A gate code and a lock box code will be provided prior to check in.
