THE ACCOMMODATION
Furnished apartment on the first floor of a recently built Haussmann-style residence.

The apartment features:
- a large, elegantly decorated living room with a very comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- A bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2)
- A second bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed (sleeps 1)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Separate toilet

Also included at no extra charge:
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- One private, secure parking space in the building’s basement, with direct access via elevator (please note: maximum height 1.95 m!)
- Sheets and towels for 7 people
- For babies: travel crib and high chair

For the first few days, we provide basic essentials (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap for hand-washing and dishwashers, trash bags, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few meters away in the Val d’Europe shopping center.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the Serris town hall neighborhood, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants at Boulangerie l’Atelier and the dishes at the restaurant l’Interprète...).

You’ll appreciate its ideal location just 100 meters from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many stores, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.
You’ll also find “La Vallée Village – Chic Shopping Outlet” there.

- TGV: Marne-la-Vallée Chessy Disneyland (10 min by bus / 15 min on foot)
- RER A: Val d’Europe station (10-min walk)
- Bus No. 34, “Hotel de Ville” stop / No. 47, “Lac” stop

Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a secure locker at our office.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
