Spacious apartment with a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed (2 people), fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cutlery, cooking tools...)

1 bedroom with a double bed (2 persons) + TV, 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 people) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 people).

The apartment was great for a family of 4 with kids. The location was great for getting to and from Disneyland Paris. Everything was clean and we loved the space. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely spacious and well resourced apartment. Lots of room for 5 adults to enjoy time together. We loved our week here using the RER to do day trips to Paris. Disney is nearby only one stop on the train. Everything you need to shop, travel and eat is so close to the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The furnishings are so welcoming and comfortable. A thoughtfully put together place to stay.

This property was fantastic, it was ideally located for the RER and shopping. The amenities within the apartment were also great and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Easy to check-in. PDF documents were sent to the Vrbo inbox with all the codes we needed for the building and the apartment, so it was ready for us when our plane landed. Nice location, very short walk to train, plenty of restaurant options, or go to the mall in a few steps and find anything else you need. There are two bathrooms but only one toilet in a separate room, so that’s really the only bad thing about the apartment. We did not use the pull-out couch, but the curtains in that room do not fully cover the window and are thin, so that would not have been good if someone was trying to sleep there. Otherwise, clean, large spaces, felt very secure, really good visit!

A good stay

We have stayed in better places nearby. We also had a poor experience to begin with - the owner confirmed over email we could have an early check in, but then did not send any details to access the flat. This caused a lot of stress for my parents who had to rush and find alternative plans, which could have been avoided. A check in process sharing details in the morning isn't helpful too, but we appreciate this might be security related.On the positives, the property was well-stocked to self cater and was a great location for visiting both Disney and Paris. Apart from the big check-in problems, we had a pleasant and good stay for the rest of the time.

Muy bien.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, a 50m del bus y tren a Disney, París... Centro comercial a 100 m. Pub, Bares, Pizzas, tiendas...todo super cerca. Apartamento amplio en general, con dos baños (sin WC), uno con ducha y otro con bañera, el único WC de la vivienda (es una pena que con lo bien que está el apartamento sólo haya un WC) se encuentra en un aseo aparte de los baños. Nos alojamos 4 adultos y tres niños. En general estuvimos muy bien.

Apartamento cómodo y confortable, suficientemente equipado y con magníficas comunicaciones para Eurodisney. Por poner alguna pega, el lavavajillas no funciona demasiado bien y deja los platos sucios.

ESTANCIA PERFECTA

Fuimos 8 personas, 6 adultos y 2 niños. La casa simplemente perfecta, limpia y espaciosa. Como viajamos en coche las dos plazas de garaje en el mismo edificio, ideales y cómodas de acceso. La ubicación ideal si se quiere visitar Disney, literalmente a 10 min, pero incluso si quieres visitar París, como fue nuestro caso, estas apenas a 25-30 min del centro, lógicamente dependiendo del trafico. Con respecto al barrio donde se encuentra la casa, no puede estar mas completo, panadería, bares, estación de tren y un centro comercial muy grande con un supermercado en su interior. La atención por parte de Kitxada muy cordial y amable, agradecidos por todo su trato. Repetiremos seguro

Ich kann nur gutes zur Unterkunft sagen. Wir konnten sogar schon früher einchecken. Der Kontakt verlief auch super, alles was wir brauchten erhielten wir umgehend. Sauber, geräumig. Preis Leistung stimmt. Das einzige was für uns etwas umständlich war es gibt zwar 2 Bäder aber nur eine Toilette bei 6 Personen doch etwas wenig.

gute Ausstattung, super Lage. Check- In gestaltete sich schwierig. Zugangscode zur Wohnung per mail erhalten, aber ohne Transponder kommt man nicht ins Gebäude.Der lag im Appartement .Telefonisch wsr niemand erreichbar. Glücklicherweise hat eine nette Hausbewohnerin geholfen. Falsche Kennzeichnung der Parrkplätze. Parkplatz wR belegt

Can't really fault this apartment

We were 8 (3 adults and 5 children ranging from 12 to 18) staying for 5 nights. We had 2 days at Disneyland Paris and 2 days in Paris. The apartment is in such a fantastic location. It is very spacious and so well equipped that we never wanted for anything there. The owners were excellent at replying to my many queries before and during the visit. The price for the stay was incredible value and we would most certainly stay here again.

Great Sized Apartment in central location

Great sized apartment in central location with easy access to shopping, Disneyland and train to Paris. 3 great sized bedrooms and bathroom plus shower suit famly travelers. There are some maintenance issues that need to be followed up, kitchen cabinets need to be repaired and clothes airer needs to be provided, but crucially the wifi has very poor coverage. We were only traveling with small children who were not using the wifi, we were only checking emails and planning for next days activities and found it very frustrating. I wouldnt like to have any greater need for it. We did contact managment about the missing clothes airer several times and they never made an attempt to provide one during our stay, which makes the use of the washing machine difficult. Despite this, we did have a lovely time in Chessy and the apartment is large and well suited to Families with some maintenance im sure will be fantastic again.

Near perfect apartment for Disneyland and Paris

This apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and in prime location for walking the main street (and shopping mall) in Val d'Europe, as well as the RER line station to both Disneyland (one stop - a few minutes - currently €1.59 each way with t+ carnet) and the centre of Paris (about half an hour - currently €17.80 zone 1-5 mobilis day pass). We didn't spend a huge amount of time in the apartment during our six night stay, as we were out at the various attractions, but we did have breakfast on the balcony most mornings and used the kitchen facilities to prepare picnics for the days and to prepare late dinners on some of the days. Our party consisted of two families, travelling in two cars. The apartment provided two car parking spaces (although the second was only specified in the welcome book, rather than the pre-arrival documents). We picked up and dropped off our keys and information from the Abithéa estate agency. We found it difficult to park close to Abithéa on arrival. When leaving, we parked in the shopping centre car park (North-East corner - it's a big car park!), from where it is only a 5 minute walk to Abithéa. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend.

Good property in good location

A nice clean apartment. Good for a family. Close to Disney and Paris. Train station a couple of mins walk. Large shopping centre 5 mins walk away. Apartment was well equipped and very clean

Er was behoorlijk wat mis

I.p.v. 3 uur was de woning pas om 4 uur klaar. Middels een plattegrond konden we op zoek naar het huisje. De liftsleutel was defect waardoor we vanuit de garage met de trap moesten. In het huisje was nogal wat defect, incompleet en het was tamelijk smerig. Ik heb daarom van alles foto’s gemaakt. De 2de dag zijn een aantal klachten verholpen. Maar dit had vooraf al zo moeten zijn!!

Excellent apartment in a brilliant location

The apartment was super. Well equipped and the location was terrific. We were there for Disneyland . The rail station was less than 5 mins from the apartment and the journey to Disney was less than 10 mins. In the immediate vicinity were restaurants, bakery and the biggest shopping mall I've ever been in! In there was huge supermarket and even a Sea Life centre which was excellent. Would recommend the apartment and the area.
