Check-in: The keys must be collected at our agency between 3PM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday.

Outside these hours and on Sundays and public holidays, the keys will be collected in a safe at our agency.

*A second set of keys can be supplied ! Do not hesitate to ask for it when you check in.

/!\ For hygienic reasons, we do not supply condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.), but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket a few meters away, in the Val d'Europe shopping center.
