This lovely upscale home in Eastport is located in a small private cul-de-sac neighborhood and offers driveway parking for 4 cars. Only 5 blocks to the Spa Creek Bridge. My Kimber Ridge home is decorated with care and has the charm of this historic town.

Two full-size refrigerators and two laundry rooms make this home an excellent choice. A dream kitchen for those who like to cook. Stocked with just about everything you would need - plus some spices for cooking!

The fenced-in backyard is great for families with young children. Our large deck has bench seating and patio furniture to help you enjoy outdoor dining. And don't forget the gas and charcoal grills! A Pack & Play, stroller, and highchair are an added benefit for young families.

Park your car in the driveway and walk to the heart of downtown Annapolis in less than 15 minutes - unless you stop on the Spa Creek bridge and enjoy the view of this great sailing community.

Eastport location superb

The house was in the most ideal location to historic Annapolis! Perfectly fit our family’s needs! Was stocked with all the essentials( liquid soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dish, pods, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies). Great communication! Walked everywhere

Excellent location

House is one of the best stocked homes we have ever rented. Lots of bath towels, cutlery, cups, glassware, plates, kitchen gadgets, tissues etc. Easy walk into historic Annapolis & restaurants in Eastport.

Great house for our group to walk around Eastport and downtown Annapolis. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Lots of beds, clean and a nice back yard with deck and seating area.

Fun times in Annapolis

Such a beautiful location. Well appointed"home-away-from-home". Perfect location for walking into village centre. Great boating, restaurants and food nearby. ( Visit the Blackwall Hitch!) Helpful host.Thank you - really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family setting in East Port!

We were thrilled to have stayed over Christmas in this beautiful house with our family, including two young grandkids. The location was great, plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, charming decorated home, very clean, wonderful fireplace, and nicely stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Communications with the owner, Pat, was stellar too. Beautiful home - great location!

The home was beautiful and roomy with plenty of space for our family. The ease of walking in to town was nice and there was plenty of parking. The kitchen was well stocked with many appliances and kitchen needs. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a weekend in Annapolis!

This house was the perfect place and location for my friends and I to do a long weekend in Annapolis! The location is perfect, walkable throughout Eastport and just 10 minutes from downtown Annapolis. We couldn’t recommend Patricia’s house enough!!

Perfect home away from home!

I am speaking as a guest and as a former host, I love this house. I did not feel like a rental. It felt like a home. It had interesting decor, nice places to gather, and plenty of places for privacy, too. I like the 3.5 baths. No one had to wait for a shower. We were here for a sailing regatta, and it felt like this home was our sixth crew. It was so nice to have a place to relax, walking distance from the sailing center. The only issue was that we didn't have wifi there, but it was only a minor inconvenience. We loved it.

This house was a great spot for our stay. The location was excellent and the house was comfortable and well appointed. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi information we were provided was incorrect and we were unable to reach the owner for guidance.

Wonderful property on a cul de sac

Patricia‘s property is amazing. I would definitely recommend it. We had eight adults and one child. We all slept very comfortably. We actually had room for two more guests if we wanted. The house came with all the amenities mentioned in the ad and probably more. I have absolutely no complaints. The one thing that I would like to suggest is when giving the code to disable the house alarm we leave out the hashtag symbol. It definitely leads to confusion. Again, it was quite a Wonderful house in a great neighborhood and a wonderful weekend

Fantastic location one book from South Annapolis Yacht Club

We enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient to my sisters boat at SAYC. We were able to walk everywhere. It was an extremely hot weekend and the house was a convenient place to stay cool and hang out with family. The house was well stocked and everything worked as it should.

Quiet Oasis Close to Downtown Annapolis

This spacious upscale home was in the perfect location. It was just a short walk across the 6th Street Bridge to downtown Annapolis, the City Dock, shops and restaurants. Yet, when we wanted to relax midday or in the evening we enjoyed the deck and fire pit. The home comfortably accommodated eight adults, and has a well stocked kitchen. There were just a couple minor issues but the owner helped us to correct those and they did not hinder our stay. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. If we travel to the area again, we would stay here.

Family weekend

Family from different states converging on Annapolis for a weekend of sailing, touring the Naval Academy and enjoying local seafood! The house was tye perfect size and layout for one 70ish aged couple, our middle generation of cousins and their kids in their early 20s. This home base for our adventures was so comfortable and had literally everything we needed for our stay. The beautifully landscaped backyard was perfect for relaxing, playing board games provided by our host and dining al fresco. The house is well appointed and provided so many extras that it really did feel like our home away from home. The only issue we encountered was with the WiFi not working as provided in the welcome packet. We communicated with the owner who was very responsive but, unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the issue. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from an excellent stay and we were extremely satisfied with this property and will definitely be looking to book it again in the future.

Christmas in Annapolis

Lots of room. Clean. Well appointed with lots of “little things” that add to overall homey feeling. Close to old Annapolis and Davis’ Pub 😀 in Eastport. Kitchen well set up. I retired from McGraw-Hill Publishers and then worked with my husband and son at Roof Lifters in the US and Canada.
