The house was very clean when we entered, and the house was maintained exceptionally well. It's a fun, unique space with beautiful views. I would highly recommend this house for a larger group! It fits 12 people without feeling cramped at all. The house is very spacious, and the back deck is a great expansion space to the main floor.

The property was just as described and more. Rooms were spacious with great views of the water. There were a number of small spaces for private conversation. The furnishings were fun and comfortable. In such a hot summer month, the wonderful air conditioning was so welcome

We had a great time during our one week stay. Blended family group of four parents and young adult kids. We had plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms which can be a challenge with a big group. The open plan kitchen and living/dining room that opens onto a big deck overlooking the water was great for our family dinners. And the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The owner was super responsive and helpful when I texted some questions about the area. The neighborhood is quiet and private and right on the water. You can walk to a beach with public use kayaks and there is a dock for line catching crabs in the neighborhood. We caught enough to make excellent crab Mac and cheese for 11 (which is a lot of crabs and delicious!) We drove to downtown Annapolis almost daily for the Re Coffee Shop and there are lots of cool historical things to see there besides the Naval Academy if that’s your interest. I would recommend the location and the house for any large group looking to experience a Maryland shoreline getaway.

The host was very welcoming and responsive before and during the stay for my questions. The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was lovely for a soak. We enjoyed the walk to and sitting on the peaceful community beach. Thank you!

The view was incredible! So magical. My daughters and I watched the sunrise over the bay every morning from the living room. On our last morning there was a family of deer grazing as we watched - it was so beautiful! The master bathroom is amazing. It was the perfect spot for family to gather for brunch before a wedding!

This is a beautiful home with water views from several rooms and balconies. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, and we loved the eclectic decor. The photos really don't do it justice. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils, so we were able to prepare meals at home. It is a luxury to find a place with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to return some day.

Great house & Great location!! Loved waking up every morning to the views!! Didn't get to enjoy the porches because it was So cold (Feb), however the views made up for that!! Beds were so comfy and house was very clean! Our daughter that bakes loved the fact that they have a kitchenaid mixer and she didn't have to bring hers! We would love to come back again as our daughter and her family live near by! The only thing I will say is if you don't like or do stairs this is not the place for you, however if you do Than it 100% is :)

The house is beautiful and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It's also in a beautiful place. Please tell the owner that there are a few things that need more attention. There are two few towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen. There are no extra blankets for the beds. The small bedroom upstairs appears to get no heat and it was cold every night.

Wonderful stay

This house was perfect for our group of friends especially with infants. Easy check in, comfortable beds and room for pack and plays. Water view is amazing. Definitely worth the rent and would be interested in coming back!

Wonderful House

It was a great home. We cooked and held the whole family sleeping comfortable. It gave us a nice place to stay close enough to the Naval Academy. My kids really enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub. They had a great view of the Chesapeake Bay.

Great rental

The accommodations worked out well for 4 couples (two with toddlers). It's a very nice location, walkable to a small beach, close enough to Giant and < 20 minutes from Annapolis.

Great view and accommodation

This home is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed so much about it: the fully-equipped kitchen with spices and every appliance you might need, bathrooms with rain showers/good water pressure, decks for outdoor lounging, plenty of space and nice furnishings in the living room, and a quiet neighborhood that isn't too far away from the downtown area. We would love to come back again!
