(And right next door to The Trail House...book both for bigger parties) Located across the road from Slim's cafe (breakfast, lunch, bakery!) and the Galacia for dinner or a drink. Close to the snowmobile/ATV trail. At the gateway to the Keweenaw Peninsula, this small, charming house is perfect for your vacation to the beautiful Copper Country. A short drive to Mt Bohemia and Copper Harbor. Cozy and comfortable, this little house has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Keweenaw. Whether exploring the peninsula or relaxing at this "home away from home". Satellite TV in both the bedroom and the living room. Fast Wi-Fi. Fresh towels and bedding. Great location for one night stay on Keweenaw Peninsula. Would definitely stay multiple nights for a return stay with a lot to do in the area. Check in and access was very easy. It was very clean.

The Little Brown House is a quaint, delightful, super clean place to stay. The owner thought of all the little details to make the stay pleasant. Just stayed for a night, but it was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at the LBH. This home was spotless clean. It came with every amenity you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect too. It was central to everything we did. We plan to return next year.

This little Gem is centrally located on the peninsula and was like going home every night after seeing Michigan’s beauty! Clean and cozy and the owners have thought of everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable! AAAA

Perfect little place to stay in the kewanaw. Convenient and most importantly-- clean! Our first night in the U.P. was in a nightmare of a cabin infested with mice. Tonight we are in a 3 bedroom house in wakefield that looks good, but smells like urine. The little brown house was neat, updated, comfortable and had everything that you expect in a well kept, well run rental.The Little Brown house beats the pants off these other places because of the cleanliness and simplicity of the property.The mattress was a dream!The one thing it needs is a firepit and/or back deck, but we were only there for one night!

Wonderful little house.

You definitely will not be disappointed when renting this little house. It is very clean and has everything you need. It was very close to our daily travels which we had a blast. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome.

The little brown house was the perfect up north retreat! Great location- a short drive to the best tourism spots the Keweenaw has to offer. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything you would need. We definitely hope to stay in the little brown house again in the future!

Great Stay

The Little Brown House was exactly what we needed. We came up to pick up our son from Michigan Tech. I was very appreciative of the recliners because I have a medical condition in my lower back that causes pain when I have to sit up straight. Having a recliner allows me to be comfortable. The property was very well maintained and clean. My only complaint, and I realize it is just me, is the bed was way to firm for me, just a persal preference. Also, having Slim's cafe across the street was a pleasant bonus.
