It sounds like you guys just missed the Orcas cruising through the last few days. Wow! You pretty much nailed it on your review, it doesn’t get any better than spending time on that deck, watching wildlife and beautiful sunsets. We have watched orca come through on many occasions. We make the extra effort to make sure the place is very comfortably furnished with top-of-the-line beds, linens, furniture and all the kitchen appliances and amenities you could possibly imagine. We take extreme efforts to make sure the beds, and furniture are very comfortable. We have stocked the kitchen with every appliance necessary to feel like home. The 40 foot deck is the gem of the beach house along with the lower fire pit/bbq area right on the water, and glad you enjoyed these amenities. And of course, the outdoor private shower, roomy and comfortable, is one of the best features of Tide's End.. Thank you for your recommendation, and look forward to you staying with us again.

The deck is quite amazing, you can actually get mesmerized watching the sea life, the sunsets and the tides come and go…..with an occasional orca sighting now and then. A lot of effort goes into making the place extremely comfortable, with top-of-the-line furnishings, bedding, and linens and I’m glad you recognized and enjoyed it. Anna, thanks for the review. Yes, we agree the 40 foot deck overlooking the water is the selling feature for the place. We take great pride in our efforts to make sure the place is furnished with comfortable and well appointed furniture, bedding and other amenities. There are several extra throw blankets available that can be used in the family room. I'm surprised to here about the cleaning as our housekeeper is thorough and diligent and I have a property manager that inspects the place following cleanings. This was a same day turn so she may have not had the time she usually takes to clean the place. My Welcome Package includes information on what to do in the surrounding area and has detailed instructions for TV use and everything else to make guest's stays stress free. I would guess you forgot to print out the Welcome Package prior to your arrival. Look forward to your return visit and a 5 star review as the Tide's End beach house deserves.

We love the shellfish on the beach of our beach house, and the sunrise and sunset views from the 40 foot deck are the bomb!
