Welcome to Grandview presented by Getaway Condos. You will love spending your getaway in our completely renovated condo located in Pointe Royale, whether you are spending a couple of days or a week. Grandview is centrally located overlooking the bank of Lake Taneycomo and just down from the Pointe Royale Clubhouse, so you will be close for all the amenities Pointe Royale has to offer. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo and has everything you need to make this a great destination. It has been “completely” remolded with new flooring, all new furniture, bedding, complete new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Our master bedroom has a new King size bed with an large ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom offers you a queen-sized bed as well as a loveseat that makes into a twin bed. With the additional full-sized sleeper sofa this allows our guest a comfortable optional sleeping space for their family and friends. Please remember city ordinance states 6 person max for a two bedroom two bath condo. Additional guest can be subject to extra fees. You’ll love the screened-in porch overlooking Lake Taneycomo. It is inviting and comfortable and a beautiful view, as well as a great place to watch the birds, or to just relax and decompress from the worries and stress of everyday life. As mentioned we are just down from the Clubhouse, an easy walk to the indoor or outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, The Grille, or to play a round of golf on the beautiful championship golf course. You will have an in-house laundry, large flat-screened TV's in the main room and both bedrooms and free Wi-Fi for the kids. The TV in the main room is a ROKU TV with access to Netflix, Hulu and other apps you are used to watching. Pointe Royale is in a great area just down from Table Rock Dam, near all the popular Branson activities – there is so much to do in Branson, you will never be bored. To the endless top variety shows, Silver Dollar City, the great activities on Table Rock Lake, Ride The Ducks, ziplines, multiple hiking trails, not to forget the numerous restaurants available, The Landing and Tanger Outlet Mall for the best shopping experiences, Branson has it all. Or if you just want to sit on the screened-in patio in the rocker and listen to nature that is fine too. You will love this Getaway. We most certainly do.
