A quaint, clean, updated, 1940s era bungalow-style cabin. Excellent location to call home base for all of your Black Hills adventures. From the Badlands to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse, Custer State Park to Sturgis, you can see everything within a 30-45 minute drive. Two-minute walk to Canyon Lake and Rapid Creek where you find fishing, kayaking and paddle boat rentals. Connected to Rapid City’s extensive bike and walking paths that include a nature trail, dog park and canyon lake park. Ten-minute drive to downtown Rapid City. Located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, with a fenced back yard. Dog friendly for small fee of $10 per dog. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably, loft available for 1 additional person.

A great little cabin in a perfect location. The yard was great for my dog and it's close to a nice park with a lake. Short drive to Mt Rushmore and other sights. It's a great spot for a family or trip with another couple.

Place was perfect especially for pets, nice location for traveling to the black hills, plenty of trails within walking distance. The only problem we had was we forgot to buy coffee so we used what was left by previous guests only to find it was decaf, beware the gold package coffee

This was a very comfortable place in a great location. The back yard was perfect for our small dog. It's close to a lot of great attractions including Mount Rushmore. We loved the way they decorated and made it feel like a small step back in time with a real western theme. We would stay there again. Quiet neighborhood.

Quiet, cozy cabin close to all the attractions. Chad and Tara were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again if I find myself in South Dakota again!

Charming escape to the wild west. We visited with our kids and dog. Our kids loved the western elements throughout the home. The fenced in backyard was great. It was comfortable and clean. Trails and beautiful lake a block away. The hosts had great communication and were very accommodating. The location was also really convenient as a tourist homebase.

Nice fenced in back yard for dog to run around. Location was nice right next to walking trail and park. Golf course close by.

Everything worked fine and it was enjoyable to be able to walk down to the lake and see the baby ducks and geese.

This house was the perfect place for us to stay while exploring West South Dakota. It was really cute and a great size for my husband and 2 kids. My older daughter enjoyed sleeping in the loft, though it did get warm at night. Not only was it a relatively short drive to Mt Rushmore, Wind Cave NP, and Badlands NP, but it was great being a short walk from Canyon Lake and several trails.

Nice backyard for pets. Fireplace was good for heating the living area. Home was very clean. Good communication with hosts.

Great location and fantastic stay
The property was clean and cozy, plenty of food options and numerous entertainment opportunities within half hr drive.Loved it!
