Rapid City Two Bedroom Adjacent To City Park System

Adorable two bedroom home located on the desirable west side adjacent to tennis courts, racquet ball courts, formal gardens, huge zero entrance swimming pool, water park and City biking trail system. Less 1/4 mile from Story Book Island, and Legion baseball fields and within 1/2 mile of 40 restaurants and shopping.

This home was completely remodeled with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, white enameled cabinets, vaulted ceilings and windows galore. The main floor has two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with two twin beds. Laundry room and full bath with huge shower. The lower level has it's own entrance and is intermittently rented but is not included in this space. One Garage space available as well as additional parking space.

Julie was an excellent host, we had a great time in rapid city. It’s was basically in the middle of all attractions we were interested in. Garage parking was great for our motorcycles.

Perfect Rapid City Getaway

Beautiful older home centrally located in Rapid City. Conveniently located near Rapid Creek, which is perfect since we were there to fly fish!

Great Stay

The house was clean and comfortable. A good location. I especially liked the front porch when morning drinking coffee. And being able to park in the garage was a huge bonus. I would stay here again.

Overall nice place, clean and charming, loved the location which was across the street from a park. Perfect for the g-kids (age 9 and 12). We were lucky that the weather was comfortable as the air conditioner was not functional. Please read the fine print as there is a renter living in the basement, brief concern as we had noise coming from the garage area late at night.

Plenty of parking on the street, driveway and one garage stall is available.

Great house to explore the Black Hills!

Great location

This house was in a great spot Close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet. We even had a deer in the front yard. We were able to visit Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway, and Devils Tower. We had a great time.

Rapid City FUN!

Nicely updated and convenient to everything, this 2 bed 1 bath is perfect for couples or a girls getaway! Well stocked and in a safe neighborhood with parks and courts nearby. Super responsive Host & garage parking!

vacation with our dog

The house was great, clean and had several items to use ie games, towels for swimming, etc. We appreciated that we could bring our dog on vacation. The location worked to get to the various towns we wanted to go in the Black Hills. The only negative was that the air conditioner was in the living room and did not reach the bedrooms without using fans.

Convenient location

Comfy king bed. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Close to a grocery, park, tennis courts. Only downside was someone living in lower level. We worried about making too much noise. We are ones to be up early and on the go.

Adorable and Cozy

This house has the sweetest energy. I came during a cooler/misty week and my dog and I sat out on the porch a lot with my coffee just chilling. This house has everything you need for hanging out, cooking a meal, and the bed was so comfy! I loved that I could open windows and just have fresh air (not an option in Dallas!). Thanks for putting your love into this house, I could feel it, so inviting!

Cozy little home

We enjoyed our stay in Rapid City at this cute little home. It was directly across the street from a big park, great for the boys, with turf and basketball hoops and walking trails. We knew that there was another unit in the basement, however we didn’t know it was occupied by full time renters, assumed it was another short term. That was a bit shocking and a bit uncomfortable since we had hard word floors and they probably could hear everything! Otherwise the place was perfect just for our family of 4. Having a washer/dryer was great!

Awesome house

This is one of our favorite houses - super clean, full fridge in a well-appointed kitchen with everything you need. We were able to use containers and lids to pack fruit for day trips to Devils Tower WY, Spearfish Canyon, and the Badlands. Great front porch and super helpful to have a washer and dryer after a long day of hiking. A market down the street, a pool for those interested for a nominal fee across the street, and pickleball also for $5 down the street. My husband and I really enjoyed this house and slept great each night. We were up and out early most days and the location made this house perfect for us. You will not be disappointed. Also, super nice host with great recommendations.

The owner of the property couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The location was also great. There is so much to see and do in the area and all of the sites were within an easy day trip. It's also near the downtown area with easy access to great restaurants and shops.

I am excited to share one of my favorite places on earth with you. I am a native Rapid Citian - born and raised. My father owned the local Ford dealership and my Mother raised us 4 kids and was voted volunteer of the year for the City of Rapid City. I received my degree in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines in R.C. I now live most of the time in Minneapolis but try to come out as often as I can because the Black Hills fill my heart and rejuvenate my soul. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do.

You won't find a better location than this home for a vacation property. It is directly across the street from a huge park system with picnic areas, the City soccer stadium, horse shoe pits, covered picnic areas, tennis courts, racquetball courts, water slide and pool, formal gardens and a running track as well as the bike trail which runs through all of Rapid City. The trolley runs along the street. The senior center is less than a 1/2 mile up the road and there are two grocery stores approximately 1/4 mile away. Many convenient restaurants are within walking distance.

The home is charming, updated and has all the amenities you'll need. My favorite spot is a cup of coffee on the front porch snuggled into the sofa in my robe and slippers.

If you want to be in the town of Rapid City, you won't find a more convenient location than here. The home is located on the City bike trail and across the street from all of the park amenities you could want: racquetball, soccer, bicycing, swimming pool, formal gardens, horseshoes, etc. There are two grocery stores within walking distance and tons of casual restaurants.
