Adorable two bedroom home located on the desirable west side adjacent to tennis courts, racquet ball courts, formal gardens, huge zero entrance swimming pool, water park and City biking trail system. Less 1/4 mile from Story Book Island, and Legion baseball fields and within 1/2 mile of 40 restaurants and shopping.

This home was completely remodeled with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, white enameled cabinets, vaulted ceilings and windows galore. The main floor has two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with two twin beds. Laundry room and full bath with huge shower. The lower level has it's own entrance and is intermittently rented but is not included in this space. One Garage space available as well as additional parking space.

Great place for our family of 4. Loved having a place to park in the garage with the pop up thunderstorms and the location was great. Close to a grocery store and the park across the street was nice for walks and we caught some tennis matches. Good home base for all the traveling outside or Rapid City.

Great location for all our activities in the area. The house was appointed with everything we need and was a great place for our family dog. I would recommend this place for anyone who is staying in this area. Easy day trip to Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park which is a special place. Hope to get back here again soon.

this property was perfect for a home base for all the great sights in the surrounding area. We went to Mt Rushmore via the Iron Mountain Rd , Crazy Horse, Devil’s Tower, Bell Fourche, Spearfish Canyon, Custer State Park and the Needles Highway, The Mammoth Site, Deadwood, the Badlands, and Wind Cave National Park

Great communication through the app. Great patience with an issue I brought upon myself. Host was beyond awesome, the location was GREAT. Rapid City is a GEM. The property was perfect. Quiet, cozy and super clean. Had everything we needed. Nice front porch with ceiling fan to chill out. House temperature was great, comfortable beds. Park across the street. Can’t say enough things about this great place. Would stay again in a heartbeat

The owner of the property couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The location was also great. There is so much to see and do in the area and all of the sites were within an easy day trip. It's also near the downtown area with easy access to great restaurants and shops.

I am excited to share one of my favorite places on earth with you. I am a native Rapid Citian - born and raised. My father owned the local Ford dealership and my Mother raised us 4 kids and was voted volunteer of the year for the City of Rapid City. I received my degree in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines in R.C. I now live most of the time in Minneapolis but try to come out as often as I can because the Black Hills fill my heart and rejuvenate my soul. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do.

You won't find a better location than this home for a vacation property. It is directly across the street from a huge park system with picnic areas, the City soccer stadium, horse shoe pits, covered picnic areas, tennis courts, racquetball courts, water slide and pool, formal gardens and a running track as well as the bike trail which runs through all of Rapid City. The trolley runs along the street. The senior center is less than a 1/2 mile up the road and there are two grocery stores approximately 1/4 mile away. Many convenient restaurants are within walking distance.

The home is charming, updated and has all the amenities you'll need. My favorite spot is a cup of coffee on the front porch snuggled into the sofa in my robe and slippers.

If you want to be in the town of Rapid City, you won't find a more convenient location than here. The home is located on the City bike trail and across the street from all of the park amenities you could want: racquetball, soccer, bicycing, swimming pool, formal gardens, horseshoes, etc. There are two grocery stores within walking distance and tons of casual restaurants.
