Great home for a getaway

Enjoyed staying at this nicely appointed home. Was the perfect size for a family of four to have a nice weekend getaway. Check-in was easy, the home is nicely furnished and the pool/spa was great.

Beautiful Property

This was a great location to get to golf, museums, and food. The pool was absolute lovely and the house was comfortable.

Perfect for Spring Break

Everything was great at this property, from the spacious kitchen to the lovely pool and hot tub! The location is great for Polo and Golf, super easy to get everywhere. We will definitely book this great property in Indio again!

Great mini vacation!

The house was extremely clean. Beautiful home, plenty of seating space for everyone! Nice large pool, plenty of room for eight people to move around. Great vacation home!

House in Indian Palms

The house is very spacious and very homey with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The backyard was awesome for swimming and hanging out. Everything was well stocked. Would definitely rent from them again.

Family vacation

We had a long overdue family vacation and loved the pool and hot tub at this house. The casita and the house layout worked great for us to hang out, relax and prepare meals. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again in the future.

Coachella Weekend with Freinds

Really enjoyed our stay here! The location is about a 30–50 minute walk to the Coachella grounds, depending on which exit you get out from the festival. The host was great—very quick to respond and super helpful with anything we needed. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing during the day. The beds were comfy. Overall, a great place to crash for the weekend!

Love staying here, now our third visit. Great location and the house is perfect for a family. Pool is great. Kitchen is awesome. The management team is always attentive to any questions we may have.

Great weekend in the desert

We enjoyed our time at Ryan and Cynthia's house. Yvonne was very responsive to a few questions we had but overall everything was great. A great house to relax in and a quite neighborhood.

Great House

The house is very well appointed and stocked with everything one could need. The location is good and close to restaurants and stores. The pool and spa are perfect for relaxing and the golf course is a great backdrop. I would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in the area. I will definitely return if we need a place to stay in the desert.

Great Stay

Very clean, everything was as stated, if not better. Loved the pool and outdoor area including the very nice BBQ. Loved having the lemon tree, we made lemonade! The property manager was really great and helpful. We would love to stay again in the future! Thanks

Coachella Stay

Staying at this property was incredible. Yvonne the property manager was helpful and communicative. The property is exactly as listed and is spacious, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend (especially to those wanting to walk to Coachella).

Indio Getaway

This is a delightful property, spacious and well laid out. My husband and I used the Casita and my daughter and family( husband and three children had plenty of space in the main house. The pool and spa are especially well designed. Plenty of shade and outside seating with umbrellas. In short a great spot to escape to for five days.

Another great visit

This is our second visit to this property and we love it very much. First of all Yvonne, the property manager, is fantastic. Attentive to any questions and always willing to help. We love the house because it is spacious and very inviting inside. The Casita is also a big plus. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Felt like Home

This is a wonderful property! The house is well appointed, with comfortable furniture, beds, pots and pans, everything you need. The back yard faces East and is a wonderful spot for morning coffees and plenty of sun in different areas throughout the day. The property manager, Yvonne is very responsive if anything is needed.We would love to come back.
