Coachella Weekend with Freinds

Really enjoyed our stay here! The location is about a 30–50 minute walk to the Coachella grounds, depending on which exit you get out from the festival. The host was great—very quick to respond and super helpful with anything we needed. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing during the day. The beds were comfy. Overall, a great place to crash for the weekend!

Tennis

Great location. Front gate always had a very long line - into the street long- and the processGetting through the gate was very slow - 20 mins sometimes (2 x). Also, we had 6 ladies for 4 nites - out all day til early eve & dinner out 2 nites- and we ran out of toilet paper. But house was gorgeous.

House in Indian Palms

The house is very spacious and very homey with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The backyard was awesome for swimming and hanging out. Everything was well stocked. Would definitely rent from them again.

Perfect for Spring Break

Everything was great at this property, from the spacious kitchen to the lovely pool and hot tub! The location is great for Polo and Golf, super easy to get everywhere. We will definitely book this great property in Indio again!

BNP Trip

House was very comfortable and clean, the pool and outdoor living area was wonderful for relaxing after a hot day of tennis. Location was great since we were here for the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. Also the separate caseda worked well for our group of ladies. We were hardly at the house, but it did appear the neighbors did not like that the home was being rented as a VRBO, they made some rude comments about it we heard as we were getting into our car. But overall we really enjoyed our stay at the home and hope to make this annual trip for our tennis group.

Lovely, Comfortable Home

This property was perfect for three couples. Plenty of space, gorgeous pool and spa/hot tub, large, modern, very well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Plenty of comfortable patio furniture with room for everyone to "spread out". Located in a lovely area of Indian Palms County Club(on the golf course) yet very private. Thoughtfully, attractively, and comfortably furnished. Excellent, prompt communication with rental agent. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place

This is a lovely place. The living spaces worked very well for our family. The pool area is very nice with lots of seating so you can almost always find a spot in the shade. Be aware that the twin bedroom is extremely small, really too small for two adults. It has no room for suitcases, for example. One other small item: we were there in June, so the pool was a bit cool as it was not heated. That would have been alright if we had had access to the spa. Unfortunately, the only way to turn on the spa was to reach out to the property manager so she could turn it on remotely. It typically took her at least two hours to get back to us, which ended up being too late.

Staying at this property was incredible. Yvonne the property manager was helpful and communicative. The property is exactly as listed and is spacious, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend (especially to those wanting to walk to Coachella).

Perfectly perfect!

Stayed for a few days during an event at the polo grounds. Easy to walk. Quiet, felt secluded. Two adults, 4 young adults, and 2 teens. It was a perfect stay. House is well appointed. An easy place to stay! Kids didn’t even want to leave at night, backyard was a haven. Bonus for mom, a lovely road runner stopped in to say hi.

Thanksgiving Stay

Lovely house with plenty of space for a family of five to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, which was great for hosting Thanksgiving. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Overall, the property was great with ample parking and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Family weekend getaway

Absolutely wonderful property! One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. Everything was as represented in the property description. Wonderfully appointed kitchen , plenty of towels for both bath and pool. Comfortable beds. Overall great place to relax. Check in was very easy with great communication by the property manager. Felt like Home

This is a wonderful property! The house is well appointed, with comfortable furniture, beds, pots and pans, everything you need. The back yard faces East and is a wonderful spot for morning coffees and plenty of sun in different areas throughout the day. The property manager, Yvonne is very responsive if anything is needed.We would love to come back.

We came to stay for the Sandstorm lacrosse tournament and this beautiful home was the perfect location! Amazing backyard and pool to relax in after a day at the fields. Wonderful home!

Cozy Getaway

This property is a gem. It was comfortable and extremely clean!!! I've stayed at many VRBO's. Beautiful, clean property

Overall, this rental is great! Quite honestly, it has to be the cleanest rental home I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well appointed which made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze! The yard was perfect! The pool, hot tub, pool floats, firepit, furniture, and grill made this a great gathering space. The only downside were the mattresses in the Casita and Primary bedroom - they may be older, as they were too soft. It may be a covid restriction, however, could have used more pillows in the bedrooms and a few more pool towels.

Paradise in Indio

This property has it all. Beautiful pool, easy on and off hot tub, and every amenity you could want in a vacation home. Televisions in each bedroom and living room, games, water toys, well stocked kitchen, with pots, pans, and all cooking needs met. The place was clean, and tastefully decorated. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing such a lovely home. Nice quiet street and we enjoyed watching the golfers tee off behind the house.
