Second bedroom has a King bed, TV, separate thermostat, attached bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet room.

Third bedroom has Queen bed, TV, separate thermostat, Desk and Chair, sliding door opening to courtyard, and attached bathroom with sink and tub/shower combo.

4 twin size roll-away beds with high-quality mattresses, sheets, and comforters can be placed where you want.

Pool is heated to a certain temperature at no charge. Table below shows cost to buy premium heat. Realize the pool reaches its peak temperature by mid-day and cools down at night.

Amazing experience

This house has everything to offer including beautiful views of the mountains and golf course while preparing food or just relaxing on the couch! Would definitely stay again!

Best house in La Quinta

We have been coming to La Quinta for the last 4 summers and I have to say this house was the best, cleanest, organized house we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be staying here from now on.

Great Place on the Course

Stayed here with a group playing soccer at the Empire Polo Grounds only 3 mi away. Place is beautiful, extremely clean, well maintained and stocked, gorgeous views and great outdoor area. Good communication from the owners. We had a great time

Great Times

The rental was terrific. I rented it for family members. The house is clearly set up to ensure a wonderful experience. Does not hurt that the location is amazing. My family was very happy and had a great time.

Perfect location

We were here for a family reunion in town. The house had everything we needed and more. Extremely comfortable with plenty of things to keep us entertained! Everyone loved the property and would stay again.

Fantastic Stay!

What a beautiful vacation home - the photos simply don’t do justice to the quality and size of the property. The large pool, great entertaining spaces and mountain views are just delightful. Eric and Lisa were great hosts and dealt with our queries promptly and efficiently. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Perfect Desert Getaway

We had the best time here! The house was so accommodating and stocked with anything you could possibly need. Rooms were all nice size with quality comfortable furniture and beds. The views are gorgeous and the location was so tranquil. We can’t wait to come back!

Very comfortable well provisioned upscale home

The house was perfect for four of us in town for a golf outing. Everything is labeled clearly and provisioned with everything needed to cook gourmet meals. Very clean and well maintained.

Absolutely Perfect

This is a GORGEOUS property. It is so nicely stocked with so many things, it makes you feel right at home. The pool is big, the furnishings are updated & comfortable, and the retractable awning gives everyone a perfect blend of sun and shade. We had an incredible stay and hope to be back soon :)

Family Getaway

House was just as described and the owners were very attentive and quick at responding with any questions we had. It was such a bonus to have those extra beds there which are a great size as my kids prefer not to sleep in the same bed together. It was great! :)

Exceptional home in a beautiful neighborhood!

We stayed in this beautiful home with three couples and all of our young kids and it has easily become our favorite vacation rental home we have stayed at! We come to La Quinta once or twice a year to enjoy some quality time together. This place exceeded our expectations! The gated community on the golf course was beautiful, the house was well maintained and fully stocked with everything you might need, and the hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We already look forward to our next stay!

Perfect weekend with friends

Eric and Lisa’s home was the perfect house for our weekend with friends. Their home was lovely, had every amenity, and they were easily reachable the entire weekend to answer any small question that came up. Beds were so comfortable we all slept so well. Beautiful home!

We just finished a wonderful stay in this immaculate home in PGA West. I have traveled many times using VRBO over many years, and this was probably the most well equipped kitchen I’ve seen. The views from the back of the house and pool were stunning. We had one or two small questions during our stay, and the owners were extremely responsive. We will definitely stay again.

A relaxing getaway

This is our second time visiting Lisa and Eric’s home and we can’t say enough about it. They have always been so responsive and attentive and the home has everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. The location on the golf course is absolutely beautiful and the home affords everybody their own space and is extremely comfortable and well appointed. No need to look any further for a vacation rental, as his home has everything you could possibly want. We so look forward to returning for a vacation in the sun!

No need to look further!

We felt like we were in our own home. Everything was so comfortable, the views outstanding, and all the amenities you could want. Our communication with the owners was always positive and helpful. We cannot recommend this property enough. Enjoy!

Perfection

Outdoors we loved the view, the spa, the fire pit, the comfy furniture. Inside we loved the view, the fireplace, the gourmet kitchen, the comfy beds, the over the top bathroom, and the washer/dryer. The neighborhood was a pleasure to walk in. Perfect in every way.
