Master bedroom has King bed, cable TV, separate thermostat, sliding door to back yard, double sinks, double shower, separate tub, walk-in closet, and toilet room with bidet.

Second bedroom has a King bed, TV, separate thermostat, attached bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet room.

Third bedroom has Queen bed, TV, separate thermostat, Desk and Chair, sliding door opening to courtyard, and attached bathroom with sink and tub/shower combo.

Fourth bedroom has King bed, new full bath off hallway, TV, closet, and opens to courtyard.

4 twin size roll-away beds with high-quality mattresses, sheets, and comforters can be placed where you want.

Spa Heat is included in the flat charge added to the reservation
Pool is heated to a certain temperature at no charge. Table below shows cost to buy premium heat. Realize the pool reaches its peak temperature by mid-day and cools down at night.

We have an annual golf trip with three other couples and this home has risen to the top of our favorites list! Located in a lovely gated community, the home was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The host, Eric, was quick to respond to a couple of simple questions, helping to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We played 5 different golf courses, all within 30 minutes!

The house was wonderful. The description of the rooms and the photos was very accurate. It was also very well stocked with spices and everyday things that you might need. The owner was easily reached when we had trouble with the television and he was able to fix it on the phone. If there is only one negative to report it is that the heat was excessive the week we were there. It arranged from 112 to 116. We would love to come back but at a different time of year.

The home was absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. After long days of golfing, the beds were incredibly comfortable-such a treat to come back to! The views were stunning especially after unwinding in the hot tub. The host was very responsive and easy to reach, which made the stay even smoother. It was the perfect getaway for four women!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. From the hosts prompt & helpful replies to the well stocked and well organized kitchen, all the living spaces both inside and outside were comfortable ( great beds), very clean , and well cared for. We were fortunate to enjoy warm January weather and took full advantage of the stunning poolside area. A delight...hope to return!

Loved staying here. We had a golf weekend w the boys and this place was perfect. Pool, AC, great locations, clean rooms, etc. will def be back!

Great stay - clean house. Big enough for 2 families with 5 kids without feeling cramped. Everyone had a great time in pool and jacuzzi. Would recommend.

Best house in La Quinta

We have been coming to La Quinta for the last 4 summers and I have to say this house was the best, cleanest, organized house we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be staying here from now on.

Perfect property for a group, beautiful views and amazing backyard. The host was responsive and accommodating. The house had an extra fridge for bulky items and back stock. The beds were all very comfortable. The pool was a nice temperature without any heat in April, and the jacuzzi heated up quickly. Tips would be grocery shop ahead, and pick up extra ice before hand. It was a bit of a drive to leave. Also warn your drivers or uber drivers ahead to slow down with the strict limit.

Great house!

We were very impressed by this house. It was in a gated, quiet neighborhood. The house was fully stocked! Everything was very clean and the pool was great! The views of the mountains were amazing!
