We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor you experienced during your stay. We understand how frustrating and uncomfortable that must have been, and we did take the concern seriously. We have continued to work toward resolving the issue, having HVAC out to look shortly after you departed. We’re also sorry to hear about the electrical outlets not working in some spots, lack of kitchen supplies, and the missing bath mat. We understand that the odor significantly impacted your experience, and we regret that the property did not meet your expectations. Hi Kae, thanks so much for bringing these issues to our attention! The owner did discover a leak in the ceiling that could have been the source of some of the smells - the issues has been fully resolved for the 2026 season! Thanks, Nicole

Hello, and first, we want to thank you for your feedback. As a property manager, we depend on our guest feedback to help guide and direct our owners and guests. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your time spent together and overall, enjoyed the property. We do apologize for any inconvenience the dishwasher caused during your stay. Each of our properties are individually owned and the need for repair from time to time is expected. Although we were not able to replace the dishwasher during your stay, we did address immediately by purchasing a new one and getting scheduled the earliest date possible which was the following week. Unfortunately, the owner did not see it fit to issue a reimbursement since this was not an essential appliance; with the added note that the second dishwasher at the property. Additionally, we would have been happy to send the cleaner back out if we received a call about glass or mold. Still a little baffled by why someone was in the crawlspace, the presence of mold was unable to be established. As the managing agents, we value your business and take pride in offering only the best customer service. We've had lots of wonderful reviews and repeat guests at this property.
