Also just minutes away from Rockies, Cubs, Giants, and Diamondbacks spring training facilites as well as Scottsdale Waste Management Golf Open, Barrett Jackson and Russo and Steele auto auctions, Westword events Arabian Horse Show and Scottsdale Polo Championships.

The property features premium mattresses and black out curtains for your comfort and is a 4 minute walk from the free Scottsdale Trolley system (Miller Road Line) that will take you to downtown Scottsdale.

A few days in spring.

The location of this property was amazing, it seemed like it was 5 minutes away from everything in Scottsdale. It was also possibly the cleanest place that I have ever stayed, an overall great place.

Great stay

Property was very clean and just as described. The communication with the property manager was great and he was quick to help with any questions we had. Great location - close to Old Town.

Great Scottsdale Home!

Our family had a great time in Scottsdale for Spring Training. This place has a great location—close to downtown Scottsdale, but also close to the freeway. Overall great stay and no issues!

Amazing Experience

We had a lovely stay at Phil’s property! He was a very responsive host. He ensured that we were comfortable and all of our needs were met. Great location near the park and super close to the bike paths! 😀

Perfection at Price Point

This was a fantastic find! We were in town for a wedding and having enough bathrooms for each couple was ideal Phillip was quick to respond and flexible to our schedules. The hot tub was clean and relaxing and we spent time at the pool right around the corner. Would stay here again!

Great Location

This property is in a great location close to everything we wanted to do and see. The property is spacious and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. We did have an issue with but Phil was very responsive. I would stay at this property again.

Perfect place!

We were thrilled with our stay. The area was near convenient places to shop or eat, and we were able to come back and relax from long day trips to Sedona and other areas. Our teens loved the hot tub and the open floor plan was very modern and fun. No complaints here! We would definitely rent again!

Fine home away from homw

We only slept there, so our impressions are of the cleanliness and appropriateness of the property for our needs: 5 adults. Everything was straight forward and easy.

Great Value

Overall a great stay for our family of 6. The interior was well maintained and clean. The outside area with hot tub was a great oasis with shade to make it enjoyable even on the warmest of days. Covered parking was helpful. Owner was responsive to questions and needs. Good location - walkable to the park and grocery store. Pool was clean and had nice seating options. Overall a good value for the money. To note: the unit does not overlook the pool. It overlooks the street and parking lot. The pool is a short walk away around the corner. Also you may want to bring a few pool towels if you have more than 4 people. The kitchen tools were adequate but 1-2 items were broken or not offered. The fridge water isn’t hooked up, so if you don’t like the taste of phoenix water, you may need to purchase some at the store. Bagged Ice was included in the freezer though!

Very Nice Unit

Great location for accessing Old Town Scottsdale and the expressway. Unit was very clean and communication with the property owner was very easy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Spacious townhome with private hot tub.

We had a little glitch with our check in process but Phil helped us get things figured out. The townhome was very spacious and clean. Beds we’re nice and comfortable. The private patio was very nice and we enjoyed having the french doors open onto the patio. Nice covered parking very close by as well. Close to great restaurants and grocery stores. Walking distance to the Green Belt where we enjoyed walking and seeing all the ducks.

Nice place and good location

Location was great. 15 minutes to everything we wanted to do in Scottsdale. Very convenient to the 101. We had a little problem with the cleaning people running late and the battery for the door alarm kept signaling a fault. Philip was responsive on both issues.

Awesome experience!

Phil was incredibly helpful and contacted us instantly to let us know there was an issue with the living room lights/ fan. The house was perfect, and an awesome touch having a pack and play there for those of us traveling with children. All around an excellent experience and plan to stay there again any time we go to Scottsdale!

Great rental near Old town

The rental was perfect for a family. Very nice place, great heated pool, we enjoyed the private hot tub. The location was good and communication was great. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Great Location! Close to anything you want and very quiet neighborhood! Pool area is great and so is the patio/hot tub! Phil is very quick to respond and address any needs! Would stay at this property again!

Fantastic stay!

Our family of four throughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and modern. Our kids really enjoyed the game room, bunk beds, and pool. Perfect getaway for us!
