Renovated and luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit located in prime 4th floor location of most desirable building in town, The Grand Victorian. Unlike other units in my building, which were purchased solely as a rental property, this condo is my second home! For that reason, I have done many custom upgrades to my condo, and searched for the finest finishings. You will love the gorgeous tiled bathrooms and little details like the crown moldings in the kitchen and the beachy decor. Relax on the HUGE deck with bistro tables and a couch, or lie on the beach just a few steps away. I invite you all to come stay in my little piece of heaven in Old Orchard Beach!

This was our third time staying at Kara’s condo. The location is phenomenal, and Kara and the staff on site are responsive and kind. We couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot!

Was exactly as advertised. The place was awesome. Deck overlooks the beach and boardwalk. Handicap accessesible, which was great. Two bed two bath with a great kitchen and living room. Will rent this unit again. Was very happy.

Awesome property

We absolutely loved our stay. Location is amazing, property management super helpful, check-in/out process super easy, very practical parking spot close to the beach. Will definitely be looking at rebooking this property.

Fantastic Stay

We had the most amazing beach stay. Check-in was a breeze, the host and property manager were super kind and helpful, and we met some wonderful neighbors. The location can’t be beat! We are excited to stay again next year!

Perfect location & beautiful place

Loved our week long stay. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and you cannot beat the location. Close to the beach, indoor pool, and all the fun in OOB. Highly, highly recommend!

Am amazing property

This is our second summer staying at Kara’s place, and we have already booked our third! The property is ideally located, has all the amenities, and Kara is incredibly responsive. We love it!

Beautiful & Relaxing

This condo was perfect, it was quiet and they have everything you’ll need for your stay, except your own personal hygiene items. We definitely plan to visit again.

Girls trip

This is a great condo. Very clean and updated. It is located right on the boardwalk and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

first of all Kara was awesome to deal with the property was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice,the bed in the master was super comfy,great big deck with great views,tv selection was great Bill the property manager was very helpful .Wayne

Beautiful condo

The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location is steps from the beach and directly across from the amusement park. Great for people watching during the day but a bit noisy at night.

This condo at the Grand Victorian was exceptional. Our ages ranged from 10 yo to 78 yo and everyone had a wonderful time. The view of the fireworks is literally a ring-side seat, but the condo itself was not only beautiful, but filled with all of the amenities we could ask for. The staff at the Grand Victorian were always cheerful and helpful! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect!

Kara’s condo is beautiful, comfortable, and larger than pictures depict. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfortable. The location is amazing! The staff and Kara are super responsive and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again and again.

So relaxing, wonderful.

I loved it, would love to have been able to stay longer, like forever, LOL! Kara made it so easy to communicate with her as she was very quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with, it was great.

Perfect spot!!

This property was amazing! Great access to downtown OOB and to the beach. We loved the view of the Palace Playland and of the beach. The train that went through town was awesome to hear. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with any necessary utensils for cooking and drink-making. 10/10, would stay here again! Property owner was quick to respond when I had questions prior to our stay and very helpful.

I purchased this condo as a second home for my family and spent some wonderful summers here. I used to be able to see my kids in Palace Playland from the deck of my condo while sipping a delicious cocktail in the sun with the ocean breeze keeping me cool. Heaven! This condo was decorated for my own personal use, not for use as a "rental unit", so you will find quality materials and attention to detail you will not find in other units in this building. I hope you and your family love it as much as I do!

Best location on the beach! 4th floor location has unbeatable view without weird ceiling lines of units on the 5th (highest) floor. Has a HUUUUUUGE deck! Only unit with completely renovated (larger) bathrooms, custom cabinetry and luxury furnishings.
