Unlike other units in my building, which were purchased solely as a rental property, this condo is my second home! For that reason, I have done many custom upgrades to my condo, and searched for the finest finishings. You will love the gorgeous tiled bathrooms and little details like the crown moldings in the kitchen and the beachy decor. I purchased this condo as a second home for my family and spent some wonderful summers here. I used to be able to see my kids in Palace Playland from the deck of my condo while sipping a delicious cocktail in the sun with the ocean breeze keeping me cool. Heaven! This condo was decorated for my own personal use, not for use as a "rental unit", so you will find quality materials and attention to detail you will not find in other units in this building. I hope you and your family love it as much as I do!
