Sleeps 12 in beds and 2 additional upon request with Air Mattress. Separate private ground floor suite. Large Lanai and deck area on second floor with upper third floor Sun deck offering awesome view of the ocean.

Best way to end the year and bring in a new one!

This property and location was an ideal pick for our group of 8 adults (4 couples). We walked to restaurants or cooked at the house. The patio/balcony turned out to be the perfect viewing spot for the New Year's fireworks display from the pier!The elevator was a real asset for one of our group who has trouble with stairs and it helped with moving luggage.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house!

Biketoberfest

This was our second year in the home for our annual October visit. Mr. Barry and Miss Corrine have been great to work with. This place is better than advertised ! The group will continue to return as long as we can. Highly Recommended

Incredible hosts, amazing hosts, perfect location

We loved our stay at Corrine and Barry’s home. They were so flexible with us needing to change dates. My mother is on a journey with cancer and uses a walker, thanks to the elevator she could still come and enjoy the trip!! The house is close to everything and all the beds are comfy. We will definitely be back!!

Great property! Terrific views! Relaxed atmosphere!

Second time staying here for our annual work trip. The house was, again, perfect . Everything was great! It’s away from Daytona so it’s easy to relax. The beach view from the deck is amazing. The host was super accommodating, as always. We will be booking this again next year!

Great for a large group!

The house was in a great location, near several restaurants and shops, and just steps from the beach. We had a group of 10, and the setup was perfect for us, with private sleeping quarters for every couple, and a bathroom for every two people. We did not see a sleeper sofa, but we didn't need it, so it wasn't a factor for us. We utilized both the outdoor kitchen and the hot tub- obviously any metal outside in FL will have some corrosion, but we had no problem using the grill, and the hot tub was VERY clean. Overall, we loved the property and will definitely consider it again, if our group size is the same for future trips!

Incredible Property!!

Absolutely wonderful!! The views are breathtaking. Not to mention the property itself! Gorgeous, spacious, and the outdoor beachfront deck is to die for. Owners are kind, available, and so helpful. They've thought of everything so guests don't have to. Can't wait to come back!

Beach Vacation 2023

Check in was super easy and the house was very accessible to the beach and local restaurants. My husband and I, our children, and our granchildren had a wonderful stay. There was enough space for everyone! Super clean.

Perfect for a large family

House on the beach with a hot tub was perfect. Enough room for everyone to have their own space but large gathering area. Barry is the perfect host and very easy to get in touch with. Recommend everytime!

Best views, Clean, bright, and full of Cheer!

The owners Barry and Corrine are kind, responsive and amazing hosts! We’ve stayed two years in a row because we’ve loved the house and the owners are amazing. There is nothing they haven’t thought of in this house. It is super clean, has a full kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Our son was married in St Augustine this year and the house served as a a perfect location for us all to spend quality family time as we celebrated with family this week. It’s close to so many wonderful restaurants, a quick walk over to church, and the beach is literally a few steps away. We made many wonderful wonderful memories here again this year and plan on booking again next year. It’s an amazing home with great owners!!!

Perfect vacation

My husband and I, our adult children and their families had a wonderful vacation in this home on Flagler Beach. It is a beautiful home, very well maintained and perfect location - across the street from the beach and within easy walking distance to several restaurants. We hope to return to this home for our next vacation. Owners are extremely easy to work with!!!

Barry and Corinne are the owners of this property. This is the second Vacation Rental that we have owned and maintained. We have had a great track record with many happy repeat customers. Barry , a Home Builder of 40 years, tried to take everything into consideration in designing and building this vacation home. Our last home had a pool but since space was
an issue, we have included a large hot tub for out guest to enjoy. We want our guest to enjoy the home as we will. Our goal is to have happy returning guest for years to come.
The two reside in Orange Park Florida and own and operate Poimboeuf Homes Inc, 1560 Wells Road, Orange Park, 904 278 2822 or 904 571 1057. Poimboeufhomes.com. We are always a phone call away or one hour drive if there is a problem.

Publix grocery store 1 1/2 mile away. 20 minutes to Daytona Beach, 35 minutes from St. Augustine, 1 hour 15 minutes to Disney. Flagler Beach is a quaint little beach town with an awesome view and a lot of charm.
