I stayed with my family, a total of 12, and it was very comfortable. The kids loved the downstairs play area. There were so many games to play. The view on the property is in the woods and very peaceful. My family enjoyed the bonfire and relaxed outside on the porch. The host was wonderful and responded very quick to any questions I had. It was a clean house, family friendly, and a very memorable trip with the family!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Juliet!
We are thrilled to hear that your family had such a memorable stay at DunPuttin Place. It means a lot to us that everyone—from the kids enjoying the game room to the adults relaxing by the bonfire and taking in the peaceful wooded views—found something special to enjoy.
Hosting family gatherings is one of our favorite things, and we’re delighted that our home provided a comfortable space for your group of 12 to spend quality time together. Thank you as well for your kind words about our responsiveness and the cleanliness of the home. We work hard to create a welcoming experience for our guests, and it’s always rewarding to hear that it made a difference.
We truly appreciate you choosing DunPuttin Place and would love the opportunity to host you and your family again in the future!

Thanksgiving Getaway
We stayed here for a family Thanksgiving trip. The house was great, and the game room downstairs was very fun. We also enjoyed exploring the area, visiting downtown Galena and Horseshoe Mound. In all, it was a wonderful vacation.

Nice property, well appointed
This was our first trip to the Galena area and we found DunPuttin to be a great place to do so. The house is nicely furnished and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The amenities of the Territories are nice and it’s polity to all of our activities was great.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
After honeymooning in the Galena area and visiting for many years, we decided to purchase our own home there. We have not regretted our decision as we are excited to build many happy memories with our family and friends. We have rented many vacation homes and we have tried to give our house everything we thought was missing from the places we have rented. We hope all enjoy a stay as much as we enjoy being there.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Our home is conveniently located in the center of the Galena Territory/Eagle Ridge Resort complex. It is close to all amenities and on a main road, but it is located down a secluded ridge which gives it complete privacy. It is also adjacent to deep woods hiking trails. here have been more than a dozen deer in our backyard at one time and bald eagles have perched right outside our windows.
