The condo is very nice and clean with a beautiful view! Jean communicated excellent and made it feel more personal. The pool was cool and refreshing after a very hot time at the beach. There are lots of places to eat just a few minutes away. We had a great trip!

Another fun year, on the beach, on the pier fishing, seeing dolphins swim up to the pier, great weather, and clean, beautiful condo!! Couldn't ask for anything more!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place had everything we needed, was in a great location, and was very clean! We saw dolphins, manatees, stingrays, fish, and birds from the balcony :-)

A wonderful property. Clean, updated, and close to the beach. When on-site, we spent most of our time on the balcony and saw dolphins, sting rays, tons of fish and birds (including a “rare treasure” — a wood stork — as listed in the gulf birds pamphlet that is included), and a manatee! My eight-year-old rates the property 25 stars. Looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the fish jump - we even saw a dolphin! Jean was very responsive and we would love to return! Thank you for a great week!

Spent enjoyable time sitting on the balcony watching the boats traveling up and down the inter coastal. Condo was spacious and immaculate!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. The condo was beautiful and clean. Reserved parking for your car under the building with extra guest parking. It was very quiet with a beautiful water view and the balcony was shaded from the sun.

This spotless condo has stunning water views and everything you could think of for a comfortable and enjoyable stay-from the stocked kitchen to the beach towels and gear, and even a set of binoculars for my favorite thing, the endless wildlife viewing! Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Jeanine is very responsive and super helpful. My wife and I have been visiting the area for around 30 years. The condo was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It is very clean. It has everything you would want or need. The location is great. The pool and grounds are great. The view of the intercostal was gorgeous. Be aware there is no elevator. Carrying heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs was a little tricky but for us a minor inconvenience. We would love to stay again!!!

Our family of four (mom, dad, and 2 teenage girls) loved our spring break stay at this cozy condo. The view from the balcony is lovely, and the you are not blasted with sun so you can read or drink your coffee comfortably in the shade. The condo is well appointed with kitchen and beach items. The walk to the beach is quick, and the condo’s pool is very nice and was never overcrowded. We loved the quiet and friendly vibe of Indian Shores with easy access to nearby attractions. And you can’t beat the sunsets over the gulf. Jean is an amazing host who made the booking, check-in, and check-out processes quick and simple. She also gave us helpful recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants and was quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend booking with Jean!

Amazing time!

Me and my family had a wonderful time! Everything was very clean and tidy, also amply amount of supplies for cooking, cleaning and beach gear. We even spotted dolphins and manatees several times during our stay! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Inner coastal condo

This is one of the best equipped places we have stayed, from beach accessories to kitchen and laundry items. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and the view of the water from the balcony is lovely.

Definitely a beautiful condo unit with a great view. Located across from the beach, so easy access. Also located within close proximity of St. Petersburg-Clearwater major allures. A very nice stay!

Such an amazing stay! This condo is STUNNING! Perfect location, just a quick walk across the street to the beach and an easy drive to John’s Pass and Clearwater Beach. Jean was incredible, working with our check in time when we arrived earlier than expected, and the love and time she has put into this place does not go unnoticed. We saw plenty of dolphins and manatees from the balcony and pier on the property, even did some fishing! We cannot wait to come back again!

The owner does an amazing job of communicating details and is very helpful with questions. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the distance to the beach was a short walk. Great location and everything you need for a great vacation!

The condo was in great shape, was very clean and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. We saw multiple dolphins and manatees from the balcony. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need too! We will definitely be returning in the coming years!

We had an amazing time! The kids loved the fishing, saw alot of dolphins! and the beach, of couse! My only slight negative was from the description and the pictures I assumed the beach was right across the street from the condo. But it wasn't far, we just had a lot to carry, a wagon really helped. We all look forward to going back!

Everything about the condo is amazing. Our family had a wonderful time! The condo is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching the manatees and dolphins everyday. We definitely recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.

So fresh and so clean

Clean cute and beautiful view will definitely be back a million times over host was great and so helpful...... what a view of the IWC water was so nice beach even better even caught fish off the dock
